With the continuous improvement of residents’ living standards,residents pay more and more attention to medical and health care.The nurse station take part in a pivotal position as an important window of the hospital.However,some problems in the nurse station have caused troubles to family members,patients and medical staff:(1)Nurses often check patient information handwritten information sheets and labels through oral confirmation when them gives the patient infusion or patrol,but This method is inefficient,incomplete and untimely;(2)During the infusion process,it may cause the patient’s physical discomfort and even endanger the patient’s life if the dropping speed is too fast or too slow;(3)It often happens that the nurse fails to respond in time or even does not respond what a patient seeks help from a nurse;(4)Nurses sometimes forget to confirm on the information sheet due to their many tasks,which is prone to errors and omissions.Aiming at the above problems,the author designs an intelligent nurse station monitoring and management system.The main research work of this dissertation is as follows:(1)The patient information collected by different sensors is exchanging by the information fusion technology,and their reliability has been enhanced;(2)The monitoring node is composed of various sensors,main control chip,power supply mcdule and wireless transmission module.The cloud monitoring platform of the hospital receives the monitoring information uploaded through LoRa technology to help medical staff understand the real-time situation of multiple patients;(3)Aiming at the situation of many monitoring nodes and congestion in wireless transmission the improved backoff algorithm is applied to the LoRa wireless transmission of intelligent nurse station which improves the network throughput and reduces the time delay and power consumption;(4)By analyzing the patient’s physical condition with big data,medical staff can quickly and accurately understand the patient’s condition.Finally,we tested the monitoring end function,cloud monitoring platform function and mobile end function of the system,and analyzed the results.The experimental results show that the intelligent nurse station monitoring and management system designed in this dissertation effectively reduces the labor intensity of medical staff and improves the level of medical care and nursing in the hospital.It has broad application prospects and economic markets in the smart medical industry.Figure[38]Table[5]Reference[53]...
