| Objective: To explore the experience of surgical diagnosis and treatment of unexpected gallbladder cancer, and to extend the life span and improve the quality of life of patients with different stages of gallbladder cancer by appropriate surgical treatment. Methods: The data of 23 patients with accidental gallbladder cancer diagnosed by postoperative pathology in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2019 were collected, and the pathological stages, surgical methods and follow-up materials of the patients were retrospectively studied.Kaplan-Meier method was used to draw the survival curve to represent the cumulative survival rate.Qualitative data affecting postoperative prognosis were accurately tested by Pearson’s chi-square,continuity correction and Fisher’s exact probability method.Log Rank test was used to analyze the differences in the cumulative survival rates of different categories of indicators.Cox regression model was used for multivariate cumulative survival. Results: All the 23 patients selected were high-risk groups of gallbladder cancer. After postoperative follow-up,the mean survival time was 26.7 months(3-58 months),and the 1-year and3-year survival rates of the patients were 60% and 50%,respectively.Univariate analysis showed that the operative method and TNM stage were the factors affecting the prognosis of patients.Multivariate analysis showed that only TNM stage was an important factor affecting the prognosis of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion: TNM stage is an independent risk factor affecting the prognosis of patients with gallbladder cancer.Appropriate and reasonable surgical procedures for tumors of different stages can improve the prognosis, prolong the life span and improve the quality of life of patients. |
