Clinical Observation Of Cervical Three Needles Combined With Routine Acupuncture In The Rreatment Of Cervical Insomnia

Objective: To observe and discuss the clinical research on the treatment of cervical tinnitus of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type with three neck acupuncture combined with ordinary acupuncture,and to determine the advantages of this method in the treatment of this disease.Methods: The selected subjects were 60 patients with cervical tinnitus from the Department of Otolaryngology,the Fourth Clinical College of Xinjiang Medical University.All patients met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study.They were randomly divided into three cervical acupuncture combined with ordinary acupuncture group of 30 cases 30 cases in the ordinary acupuncture group,the treatment time of the two groups of subjects is 30 minutes each time,the number of treatments per day is 1 time,a course of treatment takes 5 days,and a rest of 1 day after the end of treatment,a total of2 courses are required treatment.By observing the tinnitus severity assessment scale,neck pain scale(NPQ)score and sleep quality scale(PSQ)scores of the two groups of subjects before and after treatment,the curative effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results:60 subjects after the end of 2 courses of treatment.The three neck acupuncture combined with ordinary acupuncture group and ordinary acupuncture group were compared in tinnitus severity score,NPQ score,PSQI score and before treatment.The results showed that existence statistical difference(P<0.05).The comparison between the treatment group and the control group in the tinnitus severity score,tinnitus severity score,NPQ score,and PSQI score showed that existence statistical difference(P<0.05).Complete the whole course of treatment,the significant efficiency of the cervical three-needle combined with ordinary acupuncture group is higher than that of the ordinary acupuncture group.The effective rate of the cervical three-needle combined with ordinary acupuncture group after treatment is 80.33%,and the ordinary acupuncture group after treatment The effective rate was 40.00%,and there was statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P< 0.05).Conclusion: After the two courses of treatment,the three-needle neck acupuncture combined with the ordinary acupuncture group and the ordinary acupuncture group have a certain effect in the treatment of cervical tinnitus,but the three-needle neck acupuncture combined with the ordinary acupuncture has a better effect than the ordinary acupuncture group.
