| Objectives Use the research methods of network pharmacology to predict the effective active ingredients and targets of Sanqing Jiangtang Formula in the treatment of T2 DM,and then to explore its multi component,multi target,multi pathways potential regulation mechanism.Methods Collect and screen the effective active ingredients of the seven herbs of Sanqing Jiangtang Formula to predict thetarget of the effective active ingredient;find and screen the disease targets related to T2DM;obtain the drug-disease intersection target mapping and construct the ingredients-Target network and PPI network,and perform GO analysis and KEGG analysis.Results 1 The molecular-target network of Sanqing Jiangtang Formula contains 69 effective active molecules including quercetin,kaempferol,β-sitosterol,stigmasterol,acacetin,wogonin,etc.,as well as 107 potential targets such as PTGS1,NCOA2,AR,PRSS1,ESR1,PPARG;2 GO analysis showed that the target of Sanqing Jiangtang Formula in the treatment of T2 DM involves a total of 125 biological processes(P < 0.05);3 KEGG analysis showed that the target of Sanqing Jiangtang Formula in the treatment of T2 DM was screened and 124 signal pathways were screened(P < 0.05);Conclusions 1 Sanqing Jiangtang Formula maby mainly consists of Quercetin,Kaempferol,β-Sitosterol,Stigmasterol,Wogonin,Anhydroicaritin,Diosgenin and other core active ingredients exert their medicinal effects;2 Sanqing Jiangtang Formula maby mainly acts on key targets such as PTGS1,NCOA2,AR,PRSS1,ESR1,PPARG,NCOA1,CHRM1,PGR,GABRA1,F7,RELA,and ACHE to regulate T2 DM through core active ingredients;3 Sanqing Jiangtang Formula maby mainly affects nuclear receptor activity,transcription factor activity,steroid hormone receptor,steroid binding,DNA binding transcription activator activity(specific for RNA polymerase II),and G protein coupled amine receptor activity,Heme binding,tetrapyrrole binding,RNA polymerase Ⅱ transcription factor binding,Hsp90 protein binding,oxidoreductase activity(acting on paired donors,oxidation or reduction),acetylcholine receptor activity,ubiquitin protein ligase binding,etc.Biological function intervention for T2DM;4 Sanqing Jiangtang Formula maby mainly regulates AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,and TNF signaling pathway,etc.to coordinate treatment of T2DM;5 Sanqing Jiangtang Formula treats T2 DM through the synergy of multiple components,multiple targets,and multiple pathways to exert its curative effect.In the next step,experiments can be used to verify its hypoglycemic mechanism.Figure 7;Table 3;Reference 178... |
