| Objectives To observe the clinical indexes of the treatment of stable angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis coronary heart disease by Tongmai Yiqi Decoction,objective evaluation of its clinica efficacy,to provide clinical basis for further research and application.Methods A total of 76 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis were selected as the subjects who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology,Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 and who met the inclusion criteria,Randomized control method was used to divide them into control group(38 cases)and experimental group(38 cases).The control group was given conventional western medicine oral treatment,and the experimental group was given Tongmai Yiqi decoction on the basis of western medicine.The course of clinical observation was 60 days.At the end of the experiment,the data of blood lipids,High-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),homocysteine(Hcy),nitroglycerin consumption amount,TCM syndrome score,and liver and kidney functions conforming to the normal distribution were tested by paired sample t test within the group and independent sample t test between the groups.CCS classification,angina pectoris efficacy comparison,electrocardiogram efficacy comparison,TCM syndrome integral efficacy comparison,nitroglycerin stopping rate and other grade data were tested by rank sum test.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to analyze,P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the drug.Results Seventy-six patients participated in the clinical study,at the end of experiment,2cases in the control group were exfoliated due to their own reasons,In the experimental group,1 case fell off,and 1 case was excluded because of not taking medicine on time.The data of 72 cases(in the control group 36 cases,in the experimental group 36 cases)were analyzed.There was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05),which showed comparability.1 TCM syndrome score:After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in 2 groups decreased compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2 Efficacy of angina pectoris: the effective rates of the two groups were 58.33% and 86.11%,there was statistical significance in the efficacy of angina pectoris between the two groups(P < 0.05).3Electrocardiogram efficacy: The effective rate of control group and experimental group was 55.56% and 75%,respectively,and there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).4Nitroglycerin dosage: After treatment,the amount of nitroglycerin in 2 groups decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was statistically significant difference in stopping rate of nitroglycerin between the two groups(P < 0.05).5 Laboratory indicators: After treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C,Hcy and hs-CRP in both groups were decreased,while HDL-C was increased,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).After treatment,TG,LDL-C,Hcy,hs-CRP decreased and HDL-C increased between groups,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),while TC had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).6 Safety analysis: There were no significant differences in ALT,AST,Urea and Cr between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).There were no adverse reactions such as allergies,and have good safety.Conclusions 1 Tongmai Yiqi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris of CHD with qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome can reduce the TCM syndrome score,relieve the accompanying symptoms,reduce the frequency of angina pectoris attacks,and reduce the frequency of nitroglycerin use.The effect is obvious,and the clinical side effects are few,so it is suitable for wide clinical application.2 Tongmai Yiqi Decoction combined with western medicine can effectively reduce TC,TG,LDL-C,increase HDL-C level and improve lipid metabolism in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis.3 Tongmai Yiqi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris of CHD with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis can improve hs-CRP and Hcy,help to reduce the inflammatory response of the body.Figure0;Table14;Reference 136... |
