| Objectives To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuanyunshensuan decoctionin the treatment of hyperuricemia of spleen deficiency dampness obstruction type,explore its possible mechanism,and evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xuanyunshensuan decoction in the treatment of spleen deficiency dampness obstruction hyperuricemia.To provide scientific treatment ideas and plans for the treatment of hyperuricemia with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods According to random grouping,80 patients with hyperuricemia(dampnessblocking type of spleen deficiency)were divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.On the basis of health guidance,the control group takes Febuxostat tablets for 8 weeks.The test group takes Xuanyunshensuan decoction for8 weeks.The changes of the two groups before and after treatment were obseverd,it includes serum uric acid,other routine laboratory indexes,the serum xanthine oxidase,adenosine deaminase and the effect of TCM syndrome scores.All the data were statistically processed by SPSS23.0,and the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Xuanyunshensuan decoction were evaluated and discussed according to the results.Results 1 By contrast,after treatment,the present SUA in this two groups were both lower than the previous.What’s more,it also showed that the decline of the test group was faster(P<0.05).2 The activities of XOD and ADA in both groups decreased after treatment.Compared with those in the control group,comparison between the two groups showed that the experimental group had better degree of decreasing XOD and ADA activities(P<0.05).3 After treatment,FPG levels were reduced in both groups(P<0.01),FPG decreased significantly in the experimental group(P<0.05).4 Under the treatments,in the two groups,the TC,TG and the LDL-C had all decreased,and the effect of decreasing TC,TG and LDL-C was better in the experimental group(P<0.05).5 BMI in the trial group was lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in BMI in the control group(P>0.05),the comparison between the two groups,the trial group had a greater improvement in BMI(P<0.05).6 TCM syndrome scores: 1)individual scores: after treatment,all individual scores in the test group were improved as compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),while in the control group,fatigue,lack of qi and lazy speech,head and body tiredness,stickiness or greasy mouth were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant improvement in epigastric tiredness,lack of appetite and loose stool(P>0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement of individual scoresin in the experimental group was better(P<0.05).2)Total score: the total score of TCM syndrome in both groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement degree in the test group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).7 The curative effect of TCM syndrome:the total effective rate of the experimental group was more significant after the comparison between the two groups(P<0.01);8 There was no significant change in liver and kidney function before and after treatment in 2 groups(P>0.05).9 The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the experimental group after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the safety of the experimental group was better.Conclusions 1 Xuanyunshensuan decoction can effectively reduce patients’ high uric acid level,improve patients’ clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and has certain effects of lowering blood sugar,regulating blood lipid and reducing body weight.2 Xuanyunshensuan decoction may effectively reduce the level of serum uric acid in patients with HUA by inhibiting the activities of XOD and ADA in serum.3 Xuanyunshensuan decoction is safe in the treatment of this disease with no obvious adverse reactions,which provides a certain scientific basis for treating hyperuricemia in traditional Chinese medicine.It is worth studying in-depth and generalize.Figure 0;Table 15;Reference 126... |
