Objective To investigate the fatigue status of patients with coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)at different time points after surgery, and to analyze the influencing factors of fatigue at different time points after CABG.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to investigate the inpatients who underwent CABG for the first time in Tangshan Workers’ Hospital from September 2019 to September 2020.The general data questionnaire, fatigue visual analogue scale, brief mood questionnaire,Pittsburgh sleep index scale, stress perception scale, perceived social support scale, long sea pain scale, postoperative expectation scale and postoperative recovery evaluation scale were used to conduct the survey on postoperative 3 days,7 days and 14 days respectively.SPSS22.0 statistical analysis software was used for analysis. The measurement data were used (?)±s,and the counting data were described by the use rate.T test and analysis of variance were used for single factor.Pearson correlation analysis was used.Multiple factors were analyzed by multiple linear regression. Results 1 The fatigue status of CABG patients at different time nodes: 3 days after the operation, the fatigue degree was the most severe, accounting for 65.7%,with the passing of time, the fatigue degree showed a decreasing trend.2 Univariate analysis of fatigue degree of CABG patients at different time points after surgery: age, gender, personality, job nature, educational level, postoperative complications, previous medical history, course of disease, ejection fraction, pain level, emotional state, sleep quality and social support were all correlated with fatigue degree of CABG patients at different time points after surgery. The number of bypass grafts was correlated with the fatigue degree at 3 days and 7 days after surgery.Monthly family income was correlated with fatigue at 3 days after surgery(P<0.05).3 Correlation analysis of fatigue degree in CABG patients at different time points after surgery: 3 days,7 days and 14 days after surgery were positively correlated with intraoperative blood loss, and negatively correlated with preoperative expectation of surgery. The fatigue of 14 days after surgery was positively correlated with the number of days in ICU,the state of disease recovery and hypokalemia.4 Multivariate analysis of fatigue degree in CABG patients at different time points after surgery: age, previous medical history, educational level, course of disease, intraoperative blood loss, pain level, emotional state, sleep quality and social support were the influencing factors of fatigue degree in CABG patients at 3 days after surgery;Gender, age, course of disease, pain level, emotional state and social support were the influencing factors of fatigue degree at 7 days after coronary artery bypass grafting.Gender, age, job nature, preoperative expectation of surgery, pain level, emotional state, sleep quality, social support, disease recovery state and hypokalemia were the influencing factors of postoperative fatigue in patients with CABG at 14 days. Conclusion 1 The fatigue degree of CABG patients at different time points after surgery was the highest at 3 days after surgery, and the fatigue degree of most patients was moderate to severe. As time goes on,there is a downward trend.2 The common influencing factors of fatigue were age, pain level, emotional state and social support. The influencing factors of fatigue degree at 3 days after surgery were: previous medical history, educational level, course of disease, intraoperative blood loss, sleep quality; The influencing factors of fatigue degree at 7 days after surgery were gender and course of disease. The influencing factors of fatigue at 14 days after surgery were gender, job nature, preoperative expectation of surgery, sleep quality, disease recovery state and hypokalemia. Therefore, postoperative fatigue of CABG patients should be alleviated in physiological, psychological and social aspects.Figure 0;Table 16;Reference 184...
