Objectives To understand the status of perimenopausal syndrome and depression of rural perimenopausal carers through questionnaire survey, and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide reference for promoting the physical and mental health of the population. Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select perimenopausal carers aged45-60 in rural areas of Hebei Province from October 2019 to may 2020.According to the convenience of the survey team,1010 rural perimenopausal intergenerational caregivers were selected from Zhangjiakou,Langfang,Shijiazhuang and Tangshan in Hebei Province. This group used self-made and existing questionnaires to investigate the general situation, perimenopausal syndrome, depression, sleep, resilience, family care and social support.Excel was used to input data and SPSS21.0 software was used for analysis.Descriptive statistical analysis was used for general demographic characteristics.T-test and ANOVA were used for univariate analysis.Multiple linear regression was used for multivariate analysis to analyze the influencing factors of perimenopausal syndrome and depression in rural perimenopausal carers. Results 1 Status of perimenopausal syndrome and depression in rural perimenopausal carers: the score of perimenopausal syndrome of 1010 rural perimenopausal carers in this survey was(9.95 ± 5.165),and the incidence of perimenopausal syndrome was 77.52%,including 655 mild cases(64.85%),121 moderate cases(11.98%)and 7 severe cases(0.69%).The score of depression was(37.17 ± 8.756),and the incidence of depression was11.28%,of which 79 were mild, accounting for 7.82%;29 were moderate, accounting for2.87%;6 were severe, accounting for 0.59%.2 Univariate analysis of perimenopausal syndrome and depression in rural perimenopausal inter generational caregivers: the results showed that perimenopausal syndrome in rural perimenopausal inter generational caregivers included age, education level, marital status, occupation, daily(labor)working hours, daily(labor)work intensity, personal monthly income, understanding of health care knowledge, number of chronic diseases, disease distress, monthly income Economic status, sleep, relationship between husband and wife, relationship with children(daughter-in-law),time of caring for the elderly, monthly expenditure of supporting the elderly, economic situation of families living together, family care, anxiety, depression, resilience, living style, number of grandchildren taking care of at the same time, willingness to care for the next generation, time of care for the next generation, monthly expenditure of care for the next generation, care and support given by children(daughter-in-law),cooperation with children(daughter-in-law)The results showed that the depression status of rural perimenopausal carers was related to education level, marital status, occupation and daily work Time, daily(labor)work intensity, personal monthly income, understanding of health care knowledge, number of chronic diseases, disease distress, sleep, husband wife relationship, relationship with children(daughter-in-law),time of taking care of the elderly, economic situation of families living together, family care, anxiety, perimenopausal syndrome, resilience, living style, number of grandchildren taking care of at the same time, willingness to take care of the next generation There were statistically significant differences in the time of care, monthly expenditure of care, care support given by children(daughter-in-law),care concept with children(daughter-in-law),care mode, age of grandchildren, economic support, infrastructure, frequency of social activities and social support(P<0.05).3 The results showed that the influencing factors of perimenopausal syndrome were age, daily(labor)intensity, personal monthly income, disease distress, family economic situation, time of taking care of the elderly, anxiety, depression, sleep, resilience and social support; The influencing factors of depression were daily(labor)intensity, living style, relationship between husband and wife, relationship with children(daughter-in-law),monthly expenditure of inter generational care, concept of inter generational care, mode of inter generational care, economic support, perimenopausal syndrome, anxiety, sleep, family care and resilience. Conclusions 1 The incidence of perimenopausal syndrome was 77.52%,and the score of perimenopausal syndrome was(9.95 ± 5.165).The incidence of depression was 11.28%,and the score of depression was(37.17±8.756).2 The influencing factors of perimenopausal syndrome in rural perimenopausal carers were age, daily(labor)intensity, personal monthly income, disease distress, family economic situation, time of taking care of the elderly, anxiety, depression, sleep, psychological resilience and social support;the influencing factors of depression in rural perimenopausal carers were living style, marital relationship and relationship with children(daughter-in-law)relationship,monthly expenditure of inter generational care, concept of inter generational care, mode of inter generational care, economic support, perimenopausal syndrome, anxiety, sleep, family care and resilience.Figure 0;Table 17;Reference 120... |
