Clinical Effect Study Of Tongfu Triple Therapy On Mild To Moderately Sever Acute Pancreatitis With Chest Binding And Interior Excess Syndrome Based On The Theory Of "Pancreas As The Extraordinary Fu-organ"

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of tongfu triple therapy in treating mild to moderately sever acute pancreatitis patients with chest binding and interior excess syndrome,and to provide more clinical evidence for the treatment of acute pancreatitis with traditional Chinese medicine Methods: All patients were enrolled in the Department of Hepatobiliary Spleen-Gastric Diseases of Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020,who were eligible for mild to moderately sever acute pancreatitis with Chest binding and interior excess syndrome.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,28 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment of western medicine,and the treatment group was given conventional treatment of western medicine plus tri-combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.After 10 days,the total effective rate,TCM syndrome score,clinical symptom score,laboratory indexes and imaging examinations were compared between the two groups.And evaluate its safety and effectiveness.During the observation period,the clinical data recorded were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0 software,and the conclusion was drawn by evaluating the clinical efficacy of TCM Tongfu Tri-combination therapy.Results:(1)TCM syndrome curative effect:according to TCM syndrome curative effect evaluation standard,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.76%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.3%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comprehensive efficacy:according to the comprehensive efficacy evaluation standard,the total effective rate of the control group was 76.92%,and that of the treatment group was 92.59%,which was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Pancreatic observation indexes: the pancreatic function observation indexes of the two groups were improved,and the effect of the treatment group was better,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Symptom relief time: the recovery time of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,exhaust defecation and bowel sounds in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Safety analysis: there were no adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment.Conclusion:Under the guidance of the theory of "pancreas as the extraordinary Fu-organ",the treatment of mild to moderately sever acute pancreatitis with Chest binding and interior excess syndrome is better by the combination of Tongfu triple therapy.The treatment group is better than the control group in TCM symptom score,symptom improvement,pancreatic function index improvement and symptom relief time.
