Study And Experience Summary Of Professor Cai Xiaoping In The Treatment Of Lung Cancer Based On Data Mining

Objective: Based on the software of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform(V3.0)",this retrospective study was conducted to collect and collate 300 prescriptions for the first diagnosis of lung cancer from patients diagnosed by pathology in Affiliated Hospital of Henan Academy of traditional Chinese Medicine Outpatient Department from June 2016 to December 2020,analyzed and summarized the drug use rules and clinical experience of Professor Cai Xiaopingin the treatment of lung cancer,so as to promote the inheritance and development of the academic thought and experience of TCM experts.Method: Through the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform(V3.0)" software,the first-diagnostic prescriptions of 300 patients who were diagnosed as lung cancer at the outpatient clinic from June 2016 to December 2020 were collected and data preprocessed.First of all,standardization and unification of drug name,nature and flavor,return of classics,etc,are carried out to facilitate computer data processing.At the same time,in order to avoid possible omissions or errors in the entry process,after the entry work is completed,two individuals will conduct independent data audits to ensure the accuracy of all data in the established database.The "statistical analysis" module and "prescription analysis" module of the software "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistance platform(V3.0)" were used to analyze the frequency of drugs,the nature and taste of drugs,the rule of prescription and the core combination analysis of the included 300 prescriptions,and to summarize the medication rules of Professor Cai Xiaopingin the treatment of lung cancer.At the same time,combining with Professor Cai Xiaoping ’s relevant research achievements,works,academic papers,academic lectures and previous postgraduate dissertations,this paper summarized Professor Cai Xiaoping ’ s academic thoughts and clinical experience in the treatment of lung cancer.Result: A total of 300 outpatient prescriptions were included in this study,and the following results were summarized after input into the software "TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform(V3.0)" :1.In this study,there were 184 male patients(61.33%)and 116 female patients(38.67%),male: female =1.59:1.The highest age of 300 patients was 94 years old,and the lowest was 24 years old.Among them,the age distribution in 61-70 years old and 51-60 years old accounted for 31.33% and 24.33%,respectively.2.Among 300 patients,there were 168 cases of lung adenocarcinoma,accounting for56% of the total;80 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma,accounting for 26.67%;52 cases of small cell lung cancer,accounting for 17.33%.3.The highest frequency of four-qi cold medicines accounted for 43.43%,followed by warm medicines and peace medicines at 30.30% and 24.10%,respectively.Among the five flavors,sweet medicines accounted for 35.89%,followed by bitter medicines and pungent medicines at 28.94% and 20.22% respectively;According to statistics of meridian tropism,the drugs in lung meridian and stomach meridian are the most,accounting for 27.84% and17.81% respectively.Followed by: liver,heart,kidney,large intestine and so on.4.According to the statistics of medication frequency,the first 30 drugs were as follows: fritillaria thunbergii,liquorice,fructus trichosanthis,hive,scutellaria baicalensis georgiadix,figwort,cat’s claw,selfheal,radix stemonae,coltsfoot flower,clamshell,aster,membrane of a chicken’s gizzard,selaginella doederleinii hieron,lily,dwarf lilyturf,barbed skullcap herb,straight ladybell,medicated leaven,malt,hawthorn,amomum villosum,dendrobium,fritillaria cirrhosa,radix pseudostellariae,sea pumice,turtle shell,large-headed atractylodes,oysters.Among them,phlegm relieving cough relieving asthma and heat-clearing drugs were the most frequently used.5.The commonly used drug combinations are: fritillaria thunbergii-fructus trichosanthis,fritillaria thunbergii-figwort,fritillaria thunbergii-scutellaria baicalensis georgiadix,fructus trichosanthis-figwort,fritillaria thunbergii-cat’s claw-selfheal,coltsfoot flower-aster-radix stemonae,etc.6.The core combination obtained by clustering are as follows:The first category:barbed skullcap her,cat’s claw,fritillaria thunbergii,figwort,fructus trichosanthes,selfheal,scutellaria baicalensis georgiadix,liquorice;The second category: fritillaria thunbergii,fructus trichosanthis,radix stemonae,scutellaria baicalensis georgiadix,selfheal,liquorice;The third category: fritillaria thunbergii,scutellaria baicalensis georgiadix,fructus trichosanthis,membrane of a chicken’s gizzard,medicated leaven,liquorice;Fourth category:fritillaria thunbergii,cat’s claw,fructus trichosanthis,pinellia,membrane of a chicken’s gizzard,gastrodia elata,zizyphus jujube benevolence,cortex albiziae,liquorice.Conclusion:1.Through data mining,the medication rules and prescription characteristics of Professor Cai Xiaoping in the treatment of lung cancer were obtained;2.By analyzing the collected data and combining with relevant scientific research achievements,works,academic papers,academic lectures and previous postgraduate dissertations,it is concluded that Professor Cai Xiaoping’s academic thought of "removing blood stasis and detoxifying" in the treatment of lung cancer was obtained;3.Data mining is of great significance to the dissemination of academic ideas of famous TCM.
