Now,breast cancer has become the "number one killer" of all cancers threatening women’s lives and health,and clinical analysis shows that the sooner breast cancer is detected and treated,the more likely the patient will recover.Therefore,the early diagnosis of breast cancer is of great significance to reduce the mortality of the disease.At present,traditional medicine has its own advantages and disadvantages in the diagnosis of breast cancer.It cannot be healthy and harmless,the inspection cost is low,and the accuracy is still high.In this case,the ultrasonic tomography that meets the above requirements has entered everyone’s sight.This topic comes from the Shenzhen Science and Technology Project "Research on Fusion CT Ultrasound CT Technology for Early Breast Cancer Screening".This article first introduces the components and operation flow of the ultrasonic CT system of this project.The components include six parts: ultrasonic transducer module,motion module,emission acquisition module,control module,storage module and imaging module.The running process of the system is roughly between the motion module and the launch acquisition module through the control module for closed-loop control of the ultrasonic transducer,automatic signal data acquisition,after all the experimental data acquisition and storage,enter the imaging module for image reconstruction.Afterwards,the problems existing in this system are improved and optimized.First,the torque spindle method is used to correct the image registration of the system.Second,the images of different imaging modes of the ultrasound CT system are optimized,including two types of sound velocity CT and attenuation CT.Different imaging modes.Among them,in the process of optimizing sound velocity CT images,in view of the shortcomings of removing artifacts based on interpolation,a method for removing artifacts based on data sources is creatively proposed.By decomposing and extracting the acquired signals,the image optimization effect is obtained Greatly improved.In the optimization of attenuated CT images,limited by actual conditions,the cup-shaped artifact removal method based on Radon transform was selected to complete the removal of cup-shaped artifacts.Finally,this paper introduces the relevant principles and steps of multi-modal image fusion processing based on wavelet transform in detail.According to the characteristics and advantages of different modal images,different fusion methods and strategies are used.Finally,the actual acquisition of ultrasound,sound velocity CT,attenuation The fusion results of the three CT images,and analyze and compare them with objective evaluation indicators.Through the final analysis,this paper solves the problem of inaccurate image coordinates in the original ultrasound CT system,and optimizes the artifacts and noise appearing in the original ultrasound CT image,so that the imaging effect has been greatly improved.Finally,according to the evaluation index,the image after the multi-modal image fusion is clear,concentrating most of the energy in the original image,without distortion,and achieving the expected effect,which has played a positive role in promoting the early diagnosis of breast cancer.
