Clinical Case Analysis Of Three Yin With The Prescription In Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Deficiency Of Yin And Yang In Lingnan Area

Research objective: This paper analyzes the clinical efficacy and characteristics of Three Yin with the prescription administered by Professor Zhu Zhangzhi in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with deficiency of Yin and Yang and cold dampness in Lingnan area,and discusses the clinical efficacy and safety of this prescription in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with deficiency of Yin and Yang and cold dampness on the basis of the clinical experience accumulated by Professor Zhu Zhangzhi for many years and the TCM theory of differentiation of six meridian.Research Methods: Choose solstice on October 10,2019 on October 10,2020 in wide Yi Fu Yuan the Outpatient department in accordance with the study of traditional Chinese medicine standard of Yin and Yang deficiency and dampness type less in patients with type 2 diabetes,into foster the party group of 32 cases and control group,32 cases were oral metformin in combination with acarbose tablets,foster the party supporting group add party,treatment cycle is 15 days,contrast of the two groups before and after the treatment,2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting glucose,contrast of TCM symptom scores,the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine aspects index.Research result: 1.Fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose were compared between the two groups before treatment and on the 15 th day after treatment.The statistical test showed that P < 0.05 was statistically significant.On the 15 th day after treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose of the two groups were compared between the two groups,which proved that Three Yin with the prescription combined with western medicine was better than western medicine alone in reducing the fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose.2.On the 15 th day after treatment,the fasting fructose amine in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.The difference of fasting fructose amine between the two groups of patients was compared before and after treatment,which proved that Three Yin with the prescription combined with western medicine was better than western medicine alone in reducing fasting fructose amine.3.On the 15 th day after treatment,the total cholesterol in the experimental group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,while there was no significant difference in the control group before and after treatment.It is proved that Three Yin with the prescription combined with western medicine is better than western medicine alone in reducing total cholesterol.4.In terms of TCM symptom total score and TCM curative effect,the improvement degree of Three Yin with the prescription group was better than the control group.It was proved that Three Yin with the prescription combined with western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with little Yin and Yang deficiency and cold dampness was better than western medicine alone in improving the symptoms of diabetes.5.Before and after treatment,blood routine,urine routine and other laboratory tests,heart rate,respiration and other vital signs were monitored in both groups,and no obvious abnormalities were found.Research conclusion: 1.Three Yin with the prescription can improve the symptoms of type 2 diabetes patients with deficiency of Yin and Yang and cold dampness;2.Three Yin with the prescription can improve the blood glucose of type 2 diabetes patients with less deficiency of Yin and Yang,cold and dampness,and can also reduce and improve the indexes of fasting fructose amine and total cholesterol;3.Three Yin with the prescription is safe and reliable for clinical treatment.
