Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the curative effect of different needling time of warm-needle moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and to explore the better needle-keeping time of warm-needle moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,so as to provide some theoretical basis for clinical treatment of this disease.Method:Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were treated with warm-needle moxibustion and local conventional knee acupoints. After treatment, the treatment group and control group were given needle for 40 min and 20 min,Patients were treated 10 times. The WOMAC osteoarthritis scale, knee osteoarthritis curative effect criterion(JOA)and visual analogue scale VAS were used to evaluate the joint pain and function before and after treatment.Nimodipine was used to evaluate the curative effect.SPSS21.0 statistics Software is used to analyze the data,so as to compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Result:1.WOMAC osteoarthritis scale score comparison: the treatment group and control group patients WOMAC score before treatment were: 53.60 ± 6.00,53.27 ± 5.48,respectively,after treatment were: 26.37 ± 6.70,33.70 ± 4.32,after the statistical analysis,There was no significant difference in WOMAC scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference in WOMAC scores between before and after treatment and after treatment(P<0.05).2.The JOA score of knee osteoarthritis was 34.00 ± 11.17 and 35.83 ± 9.75 before treatment and 72.50 ± 6.53 and 64.00 ± 6.75 respectively after treatment,The statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in JOA scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The differences of JOA scores between the two groups before and after treatment and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Visual analog scale VAS score comparison: the treatment group and control group patients before treatment VAS score were: 8.13 ± 1.11,7.93 ± 1.11,respectively,after treatment were: 3.23 ± 1.17,3.83 ± 1.09,by statistical analysis,There was no significant difference in VAS score before treatment between two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference between before and after treatment and after treatment(P<0.05).4.The overall efficiency of the treatment group was 100%,the cure rate was0,the effective rate was 56.67%,the effective rate was 43.33%,the inefficiency rate was 0.The total effective rate of the control group was100%,the cure rate was 0,the effective rate was 30.00% Efficiency 70.00%,inefficiency 0,the two groups were analyzed by statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Needle retention 40 min and needle retention 20 min can improve WOMAC,JOA,VAS score in patients with knee osteoarthritis, but the former to improve the effect better.2.Needle 40 min and needle 20 min total knee osteoarthritis patients with the same total effective rate, but the former markedly higher efficiency than the latter.
