Oboservation Of Curative Effect On Hydrothermal Type Wenjie Liver Cirrhosis Ascites Treated With Comprehensive Therapy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

ObjectiveIn this study,we applied TCM Comprehensive Therapy in the treatment of patients with cirrhosis and ascites due to damp heat accumulation.The prospect of its application in the treatment of cirrhotic ascites is preliminarily discussed,providing a reference for future research and providing a standard for clinical treatment of liver ascites.The pathogenesis of cirrhotic ascites is not very clear,and its condition is more complicated.There is no radical cure for ascites in the modern medicine.The disease can cause many serious complications,which greatly affects the quality of life of the patients.The ascites of liver cirrhosis belong to the category of "bulge(Gu Zhang)" in traditional Chinese medicine.With the continuous development of traditional Chinese medicine,scholars have carried out unremitting exploration to find breakthroughs in the understanding and treatment of the disease and give full play to their advantages.In this paper,the clinical efficacy of TCM Comprehensive Therapy for the treatment of liver cirrhosis with ascites is discussed in this paper.The results provide a reliable basis for improving the treatment effect of these patients,and finally to ensure the quality of life and prolong life period.MethodsSelection of suitable patients shireyunjiexing cirrhosis ascites were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.After signing the informed consent book,the general situation,clinical symptoms and signs,laboratory examination,B-ultrasound examination,Child Pugh classification of liver function,and the correlation of liver disease PRO scale were recorded.In the treatment,the patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and on the basis of the above routine treatment measures,the treatment group was given a comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to observe and compare the effect of treatment.The improvement of the two groups before and after treatment was analyzed by statistics.Results54 subjects completed the study according to the treatment program.The treatment group and the control group were 27 in each group,15 male subjects and 12 female subjects in the treatment group,17 male subjects and 10 female subjects in the control group,the two group was 21 years old,the highest was 65 years,the average age of the treatment group was 46.70±12.07,and the average age of the control group was 47.61±12.58.The shortest course of disease in the two groups was less than 1 months,the longest course was longer than 6 months,the average course of treatment in the treatment group was 2.61 ±0.38 months,and the average duration in the control group was 2.50±0.07 months.The total effective rate of the patients in the treatment group after the traditional Chinese medicine treatment was 87.48% higher than that of the control group.The total effective rate was 64.19%,P<0.05,and the two groups had statistical significance.Compared with the control group,the symptom improvement in TCM treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).The body weight and urine volume of the treatment group before and after treatment were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Before and after treatment in the treatment group reduced abdominal circumference degree P <0.05.The improvement of liver function in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group before and after treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.46% higher than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was 61.27%.Two groups of liver function Child-Pugh grading compared to the treatment group after treatment,the total effective rate was 86.13%,higher than that of the control group,the total effective rate was 73.45%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The scores of liver disease PRO scale were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).ConclusionFor the patients with liver cirrhosis with ascites,conventional treatment of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine are used to treat the patients.The treatment effect of each observation item is obviously improved,so that the quality of life of the patients can be improved and the life is safe.It is worthy of clinical application.
