Objective:To explore the intervention effect of narrative nursing on anxiety, depression, quality of life and the immune system function of pregnant women with systemic lupus erythematosus by implementing narrative nursing for pregnant women with systemic lupus erythematosus,so as to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for improving the nursing quality of pregnant women with systemic lupus erythematosus.Method:The method of quasi experimental study is adopted,a total of 82 pregnant women with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)admitted to the obstetrics department of a 3A hospital in Qingdao from July 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the admission time, they were divided into the control group and the intervention group with 41 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures by the responsible nurses; The patients in the intervention group were given narrative nursing on the basis of routine nursing measures,3 times a week during hospitalization,30-45 min each time,a total of 5-6 times. After discharge, they were given telephone follow-up intervention,2 times a week, about 30 min each time,a total of 6 times, which was carried out by the same nurse in the research group.Self rated anxiety scale(SAS),self rated Depression Scale(SDS)and SF-36 short from health survey 36 questionnaire were issued at the time of admission,2 weeks and 4 weeks after intervention, and the detection results of complement C3 and complement C4 were collected to evaluate the intervention effect.Chi square test,t test, repeated measurement analysis of variance and other statistical methods were used to analyze the data with spss25.0 software to evaluate the implementation effect of narrative nursing.Result:(1)Baseline data comparison of the two groups before intervention: there was no significant difference before intervention in basic data, anxiety, depression, quality of life, complement C3 and complement C4 between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)Comparison of anxiety between the two groups: the anxiety scores of the intervention group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of intervention were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01).The results of repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences in time effect, inter group effect and interaction effect of anxiety score between the two groups(P < 0.01).(3)Comparison of depression between the two groups: the depression scores of the intervention group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of intervention were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The results of repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences in time effect, inter group effect and interaction effect of depression score between the two groups(P < 0.01).(4)Comparison of quality of life between the two groups: after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of intervention, the scores of physical health in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that the time effect, inter group effect and interaction effect of the scores of physical health in the two groups were not statistically significant(P> 0.05);after 2 weeks of intervention, the scores of physical health in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05)After intervention and 4 weeks after intervention, the mental health scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The results of repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that the time effect, inter group effect and interaction effect of the mental health scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.01).(5)Comparison of the results of complement C3 and complement C4 between the two groups: there was no significant difference between the intervention group and the control group before intervention(P> 0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of intervention(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Narrative nursing can reduce anxiety and depression in patients with pregnancy and systemic lupus erythematosus.(2)Narrative nursing can improve the quality of life of pregnant patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, but the promotion of physiological health needs further discussion.(3)Narrative nursing has no obvious effect on improving the immune system function of pregnant women with systemic lupus erythematosus in a short time, which needs further discussion.
