| Objective:By analyzing the relevant data of patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis after cardiac surgery,we found the statistically significant difference between patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis and those without, and analyze its correlation. Methods:All patients who underwent routine cardiac surgery in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from January 1,2016 to April 30,2016(including single or combined valve replacement or plasty, coronary heart disease bypass, routine surgery for simple and complex congenital heart disease, and routine surgery for type A aortic dissection)were excluded due to large differences in the procedures.A total of 28 patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis who did not occur before surgery but were clearly diagnosed after surgery were included as the experimental group.A total of 38 patients were randomly selected as the control group from the patients who had not occurred before or after surgery.According to the experimental group and the control group, the age, weight, corresponding blood test, imaging examination and other indicators of the patients were counted respectively. Finally, statistical software was used for data analysis. Results:There was no statistically significant difference of deposited between experimental group and control group in age,BMI,operation time, the time of dealt with be admitted to hospital inspection of red blood cell count and dealt with be admitted to hospital for check of red blood cells deposited and dealt with be admitted to hospital for check of platelet count, when dealt with be admitted to hospital at the time of inspection of platelet deposited and dealt with be admitted to hospital for check, dealt with be admitted to hospital for check of D-dimer,the ratio of PT,fibrinogen, left ventricular diastolic diameter, heart ejection fraction(EF),ICU hospitalization days, immediately after checking the red blood cell count, check the red blood cells of deposited immediately after operation, postoperative immediately check the platelet count, platelet deposited immediately after inspection, check on the first day after operation, cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)fluid volume,CPB time(p > 0.05).The differences of pulmonary artery systolic blood pressure(PASP),the first day after inspection of red blood cells count,CPB ultrafiltration volume,CPB urine volume and warfarin dosage between the two groups were statistically significant(p < 0.05).PASP,CPB ultrafiltration volume and warfarin dosage were correlated with venous thrombosis(p < 0.05).Conclusion:The differences of PASP,the first day after inspection of red blood cells count,CPB ultrafiltration volume,CPB urine volume and warfarin dosage between the two groups were statistically significant.PASP,CPB ultrafiltration volume and warfarin dosage were correlated with venous thrombosis. |
