| Research backgroundFunctional dyspepsia,in the field of clinical digestion,it is often called non-ulcerative dyspepsia.Most patients often have abdominal distension,dull pain,belching and other discomfort,and seek medical treatment.In the treatment of western medicine,there are no special effects drugs,most of which are treated according to the clinical symptoms.At present,the treatment of FD mainly focuses on the treatment of symptoms.However,clinically,some patients with FD have sleep disorders,and clinicians do not pay enough attention to the insomnia symptoms of FD patients.Sleep disorder causes the sufferer to have no normal sleep rhythm,difficulty in falling asleep or early awakenings,which can seriously affect the living standard of patients.At the same time,the complications of sleep disorder,such as anxiety and depression,can aggravate the condition of FD patients,resulting in lingering disease.With the improvement of people’s health awareness,the elimination of FD and associated complications such as insomnia has attracted more and more attention of specialists.Research purposeThrough observation and comparison of the treatment group and control group in the clinical curative effect of patients with functional dyspepsia,discussed by Reinforcing Heart and Tranquilization to improve FD patient’s quality of sleep,mentioned the importance of medical staff and patients to found by improving sleep disorders in patients with FD.The doctors and patients cooperate with each other to improve the quality of sleep,so as to improve the cure rate of FD and reduce the recurrence rate.Research MethodsSelect the patients of the digestive system department of guangzhou hospital and the clinic of tongde outpatient department from June 2016 to December 2017 totally 66.Randomly divided into treatment group and control group,Each group had 33 cases,there were three cases were lost in each group,and the final treatment group and the control group had 30 cases.The treatment group used Weisu granules、Weifuchun Tablet and The Wuling capsule.The control Groups only used Weisu granules、Weifuchun Tablet.At the same time,the two groups were combined with dietary guidance and appropriate psychological counseling to adjust the unhealthy habits and psychological states of patients.Result1.FD symptoms and signs: the treatment group and the control group had a significant difference of themselves in 2 and 4 weeks(P < 0.01).the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,the total effective rate of the control group was 53.3%.And the treatment group was 93.3% in the 4 week treatment group,the control group was 83.3%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.PSQI integration: 2 weeks,compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in PSQI score(P > 0.05).After 4 weeks treatment,compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.01).And the treatment group and the control group had a significant difference of themselves in 2 and 4 weeks(P < 0.01).In terms of curative effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 43.3% after 2 weeks treatment,and that of the control group was 26.7%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),but after 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90% and the control group was 70%(P < 0.05),and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).3.Compared with the control group,there was significant difference in FD symptom score between the two groups(P < 0.01).The total recurrence rate of the treatment group at 2 weeks was 14.286%.The total recurrence rate in the control group was 40%(P < 0.05),which was statistically significant.The total recurrence rate in the treatment group was 17.85% in the 4th week,and the total recurrence rate in the control group was 44%(P < 0.05),which was statistically significant.ConclusionThrough reinforcing Heart and tranquilization by using Weisu granules、Weifuchun Tablet and The Wuling capsule to treatment functional dyspepsia with sleep disorder was significant.The quality of sleep and FD were all improved better than control group.And the longer the treatment,the better.However,while the control group improved the symptoms of functional dyspepsia,the patients’ sleep quality also improved.And the triplets have a lower recurrence rate.Adding with wu-ling capsule,calming nerves,improving sleep quality,in the improvement of the symptoms of FD significant effect,and then confirmed well sleeping is good for the stomach,but also played a classic guide clinical significance.The study on whether there is a correlation between “stomach discord” and “lying restlessness” is not clear,and there are too many interference factors,which need to be further confirmed by large sample studies. |
