Establishment Of Related Factors And Nomograms For The Displacement Of Distal Radius Fractures After Manual Reduction And Small Splint Fixation

ObjectiveThrough the research of the distal radius fractures in patients with images and information collection,analysis influence patients with fracture of distal radius by the manual reduction successful small splint fixation of a displaced after the related factors,and to establish forecasting reset splint fixation of a displaced after the nomogram of risk model,so as to guide clinicians to take effective measures to prevent fracture shift again,improve the effect of treatment.MethodsA retrospective analysis between January 2016 and June 2019,included in the standard of 107 cases of patients with distal radius fractures,divided into the shift group 72 cases and shift group of 35 cases,collect about their sex,age,limb,fracture type,whether the osteoporosis,fractures are shattered,time of injury,injury reason,ulna styloid process whether fracture,adjust the number of clinical data,using the single factor and multi-factor analysis and determine the independent risk factor for fracture to shift;Independent risk factors were used to establish a nomogram model for predicting the risk of displacement after small splint fixation with manual reduction for distal radius fractures using software R,and the ROC curve was performed to verify the efficiency of nomogram model for re-displacement after small splint fixation with manual reduction.ResultsUnivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,left and right limb,osteoporosis,whether the radius was shattered,ulnar styloid fracture and whether the fracture was stable were related to the redisplacement of the fracture(P < 0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that age,osteoporosis,radius comminution,and fracture instability were independent risk factors for the displacement of distal radius fractures after manipulative reduction and splint fixation.The area under the ROC curve was0.976(95%CI:0.875～0.971),and the results were reliable.ConclusionAge,osteoporosis,radial crushing,after manual reduction is such as unstable distal radius fractures small splint fixation of a displaced after the independent risk factors,based on the four factors to establish the prediction technique of the distal radius fracture reduction and small splint fixation of a displaced after the nomogram model has good accuracy,such people at high risk for treatment,have the guide meaning to take effective measures in time.
