Expression Of UBA2 In Epithelial Ovarian Tumors And Its Clinical Significance

Objective:To investigate the expression difference of UBA2 protein in ovarian epithelial tumors,aiming to find the clinical relationship between UBA2 protein and ovarian epithelial tumors,and to provide a new idea for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of ovarian epithelial tumors.Methods:Study to collect the fourth hospital affiliated to China medical university in January 2010-September 2020 surgery,postoperative pathology confirmed for epithelial ovarian tumors paraffin tissue samples of 60 cases of ovarian tumor,combined with the pathological type,it can be divided into ovarian carcinoma(30 cases),border oarian tumors(20 cases),benign ovarian tumor(10 cases),three groups,and then to test the UBA2 protein,the experimental method is adopted by the immune histochemical method,based on the expression level in ovarian epithelial tumor tissue,Combined with the results of statistical analysis,the correlation between UBA2 protein and the clinical data of the corresponding epithelial ovarian tumors was obtained.Results:UBA2 protein expression in malignant ovarian epithelial tumor group is high,the expression rate was 80%(24/30),In benign epithelial ovarian tumors,the expression rate was 20%(2/10).Statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),the positive expression rate in ovarian epithelial tumor tissue and epithelial ovarian tumor tissue differentiation degree,there is a close relationship between clinical pathological stage,Statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),while with the histopathologic type,the presence of lymph node metastases,presence of ascites,such factors as the presence of distant metastasis has nothing to do,In the clinical pathologic stage III-IV ovarian epithelial tumor tissue expression rate was significantly higher in the clinical pathologic staging for I-II stage epithelial ovarian tumor tissue,expression rate was 85.7%(12/14),statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),and UBA2 protein expression rate is different in differentiated ovarian tumor tissue,in ovarian high-level expression rate is higher in tumor tissues,expression rate was 73.3%(11/15),low level in the tumor tissue is low,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:UBA2 protein may be one of the potential pathogenic factors of malignant ovarian epithelial tumors,and may be one of the tumor markers for the early diagnosis of ovarian epithelial tumors,providing a certain clinical basis and direction for the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian epithelial tumors.
