Objective: According to the characteristics of water-soluble vitamins,a method for simultaneous determination of 10 kinds of water-soluble vitamins in serum was established based on liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,which provides an efficient and accurate detection method for clinical mass detection.Methods: Chromatographic conditions: Infinity lab poroshell 120 ec-c18 column(2.7 μm,4.6x50 mm,);mobile phase: a 0.05% formic acid water + 5 mmol / L ammonium formate,1:1 by volume;B acetonitrile + 0.3% formic acid water,1:1 by volume;column temperature: 40 ℃;detection time,flow rate and injection volume were 6.3 min,0.65 ml/ min and 20μL,respectively;gradient elution was used.MS conditions: positive(+)ion scanning,MRM scanning,ESI ion source.After extracting water-soluble vitamins from serum samples by protein precipitation method,the methodology was investigated and verified.According to the established method,it was applied to the determination of water-soluble vitamins in serum samples of 200 patients.Results: A method for the simultaneous determination of 10 water-soluble vitamins in human serum was established.The precision within the day is no more than 9% and the daytime precision is no more than 8%.Results the method has high precision and accuracy,and the retention time is short.The results showed that RSD was not more than9% when the serum was placed at room temperature for 2 hours,3 cycles of freeze-thawing,15 days at-20 ℃ and 24 hours after treatment.The results showed that the sample was stable under the test condition.Conclusion: The results show that the method has high sensitivity,short analysis time,less use of organic reagents,more kinds of nutrients and good precision,which is suitable for serum detection.
