Objective: Investigate and analyze the pervasiveness of anxiety and depression in patients with persistent pain and affiliated influencing elements.Methods: The patients with chronic pain(more than 3 months)were singled out from the pain scientific of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from May 2019 to January 2020.Patients were assessed with visual Anxiety Scale(7-item),With reference to the 11th emendation of the International Classification of Diseases(ICD-11),the patients were sheared into 6 groups: chronic postoperative and post-traumatic pain;chronic secondary skeletal muscle pain;chronic secondary visceral pain;chronic secondary Primary headache or maxillofacial pain;chronic pathological pain;chronic principal pain.The commonness of uneasiness and melancholy,uneasiness score and melancholy score were set against among the six congregations,and the influencing determinants of uneasiness and melancholy score were analyzed.Results: The detection rates of anxiety and depression were 63.35% and 74.50%respectively.There is no magnitudely obvious dissimilarity in the circumstance rate of anxiety among sick person with miscellaneous pain diseases,but there was conspicuous distinction in the prevalence of depression.Among them,the prevalence of chronic postoperative and post-traumatic pain depression(93.33%)and chronic secondary visceral pain depression(90.32%)were significantly higher than those of other pain diseases.The GAD-7 scores of patients with chronic postoperative and posttraumatic pain(9.17±5.66)and chronic secondary visceral pain(9.13±6.19)were higher than those of patients with other pain diseases.In terms of PHQ-9 score,the depression score of patients with chronic secondary visceral pain(12.26±6.88)was steeper than that of patients with additional tenderness.VAS score was unequivocally parallelled with GAD-7 amass and PHQ-9 amass by Pearson linear equivalence assay.Chi square test showed that gender and duration of pain were not the main influencing factors of anxiety and depression.Conclusion: The commonness of despondency in sufferers with persistent pain was enormously higher than that in flourishing people.Different types of pain disease,pain intensity and duration of pain have great influence on the occurrence of anxiety and depression.Gender and age have less influence on the occurrence of anxiety and depression.Clinicians should pay observation to whether patients with pain have uneasiness and despondency.And for patients with uneasiness and despondency to flourish appropriate pinpointing and treatment procedures.
