| Objective:Analyze the imaging characteristics of axillary lymph nodes in breast cancer patients and compare them with pathology to study and evaluate the imaging value of axillary lymph nodes in breast cancer patients. Methods:From January 2018 to November 2019,110 patients with breast cancer in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University all used breast color Doppler ultrasound, breast enhanced CT,breast enhanced MRI,and mammographic mammography images of the 110 patients before the operation. The characteristics and general clinical data, the collected imaging data and the pathological diagnosis of the patient and the molecular classification of the pathology are counted. All data are performed using SPSS24.0version,measurement data is expressed as X ± S,and the pairwise correlation analysis of count data uses continuous adjusted X2 test or X2 test;single factor analysis of meaningful indicators is performed again with logistic regression analysis of binary variables; And analysis of sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, accuracy,P ≤ 0.05 indicates that the difference is statistically significant. Results:Among the 110 patients,77 patients(70%)had lymph node metastasis after surgery, and 33 patients(30%)had no lymph node metastasis.Among them,67 patients showed lymph node metastasis by color Doppler ultrasound and 74 patients showed enhanced CT.Among them,67 were suggested by enhanced MRI,63 were suggested by mammography, and 97 were suggested by combined use.The pathological molecular classification of all patients was counted.77 were ER-positive patients,79 were PR-positive patients, and Her-2 There are 28 patients with expansion and 26 patients with Ki-67≤14%.The above factors used continuous correction X2 test or X2 test to indicate: color Doppler ultrasound, enhanced CT,enhanced MRI,DR are related to pathological lymph node metastasis(P≤0.05);logistic regression analysis of the above related factors;only breast enhanced CT is related to the results of lymph node metastasis(P≤0.05),and the sensitivity of breast-enhanced CT has the strongest specificity. Conclusion:The evaluation of breast color ultrasound, enhanced CT,enhanced MRI,DR and other imaging examination results is an effective method to judge the benign and malignant axillary lymph nodes.Among them, the results of breast enhanced CT are correlated with the results of pathological diagnosis, the surgical selection of breast cancer, and the prognosis And the formulation of adjuvant treatment plan has important reference value. |
