Objective:To explore the various possible factors that affect the drainage time of patients after single port pneumonectomy, and to provide reference value for reducing the postoperative time of patients with tube in clinical work,so as to reduce the hospitalization time of patients. Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,156 patients with pulmonary space occupying lesions underwent single port video-assisted thoracoscopic(VATS)pneumonectomy in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University. The clinical data were analyzed and divided into two groups according to the duration of carrying drainage tube after operation,The data of all groups were analyzed. For the factors that may affect the time of drainage, univariate correlation analysis and binomial logistic regression analysis were used between group A and group B respectively.Univariate statistical analysis. Results: Age,surgical resection range, intraoperative blood loss, duration of operation, preoperative lesion location, postoperative drainage tube indwelling number, pleural adhesion, postoperative ambulation more than 24 hours and other conditions, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);logistic regression analysis results showed that age≥60years old, pleural adhesion,The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Age≥60 years old, pleural adhesion, resection range ≥ single lobe, intraoperative blood loss≥100ml,operation duration ≥180min and postoperative ambulation > 24 h are independent factors of drainage time after single port vats.
