β-elemene Inhibits Proliferation,Migration And Invasion Of Vulvar Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective: To study the effects of β-elemene on the proliferation,migration and invasion of SW962 cells,and to explore the possible mechanism.Methods: SW962 cells were used as a cell research model and cultured in vitro.The experiment was divided into blank control group(β-elemene 0μg/ml)and experimental group with different concentrations of β-elemene(20μg/ml,30μg/ml and 40μg/ml).SW962 cells were incubated with different concentrations of β-elemene for 24,48 and72 hours.Thiazolyl blue(MTT)method was used to calculate the cell survival rate and detect the effect of β-elemene on the proliferation of SW962 cells at different time points and concentrations.As the same grouping,the experiment was divided into blank control group and experimental group.SW962 cells were treated with different concentrations of β-elemene.Scratch test was used to calculate the cell migration rate and detect the effect of different concentrations of β-elemene on SW962 cell migration.As the same grouping,Transwell invasion test was used to calculate the invasion rate of SW962 cells and detect the effect of different concentrations ofβ-elemene on SW962 cell invasion.Results: The results of MTT assay showed that β-elemene could inhibit the proliferation of SW962 cells in a concentration-and time-dependent manner.The results of Scratch test showed that β-elemene could inhibit the migration of SW962 cells in a concentration-dependent manner.The results of Transwell assay showed thatβ-elemene could inhibit the invasion of SW962 cells in a concentration-dependent manner.Conclusion: β-elemene can inhibit the proliferation,migration and invasion of SW962 cells.
