Object: Compare the ratios of Fibrinogen(FIB)to Albumin(ALB),gammaglutamyltransferase(GGT)to Platelet(PLT)and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)to Alanine aminotransferase(ALT);Aspartate transaminase(AST)ratio and the diagnostic value of multi-indicator combination test for hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: Admitted to Liaoning Provincial People’s Hospital from September 2018 to December 2020.A total of 67 cases of liver cancer(male: female =50:17),Age(64.42±13.31)years;A total of 99 cases of cirrhosis(male: female =63:36),Age(63.87±10.84)years;A total of 31 healthy controls(male: female =15:16),Age(60.45±9.93)years;A retrospective study of three groups,To obtain accurately the indexes of liver function,alpha-fetoprotein,blood routine and coagulation routine,The ratio of fibrinogen to albumin, the ratio of γ-glutamyl transpeptidase to platelets and alpha-fetoprotein to transaminase were obtained,The data of each group were statistically studied and analyzed.Result: Compare with the healthy control group, the combined index showed a better detection ability(Auroc =0.981;95%CI0.979-1.000),the best cut-off value is0.672;Compared with the cirrhosis group, the combined index also had the best detection ability(Auroc =0.859;95%CI0.807-0.918),and the optimal cut-off value is 0.530.Conclusion: AFP/(AST*ALT)+FIB/ALB+GGT/PLT combined test was better than AFP/(AST*ALT),AFP,GGT/PLT,while FIB/ALB had no statistical significance in the comparison between liver cancer group and normal group.AFP/(AST*ALT)+FIB/ALB+GGT/PLT combined test was better than AFP/(AST*ALT),AFP,GGT/PLT,FIB/ALB in liver cancer group and liver cirrhosis group. In both groups, the combined test was superior to the single index test in the sensitivity of HCC diagnosis.
