Study On Medication Rule Of Spleen And Stomach Disease With Liver Stagnation And Qi Stagnation Syndrome Based On Data Mining

Objective Based on the data analysis platform provided by the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform software(V2.5),this paper studies the medication rules of ancient monograph on spleen and stomach diseases for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases with liver stagnation and qi stagnation,so as to provide beneficial reference for the clinical treatment of spleen and stomach diseases with liver stagnation and qi stagnation in modern Chinese medicine,and also provide reference for future clinical practice.Methods Taking the Chinese Medical Canon(5th edition)as the collection object,the medical books with monographs on spleen and stomach diseases were retrieved,and the articles and medical cases with prescriptions and effective treatment of liver stagnation and qi stagnation syndrome were collected,and the prescriptions were sorted out to establish a database.Establish Excel form,classify ancient book name,disease,syndrome type,prescription name,composition and dose;The prescription database was input into the software of TCM inheritance assistant platform,and the results were derived through the functions of "frequency statistics","sex and taste return channel statistics","drug pair combination","rule analysis","key drugs" and "new prescription combination" of the software.According to the results,the medication rules of spleen and stomach diseases with liver stagnation and qi stagnation syndrome were analyzed.Results In this study,160 prescriptions were selected from the Chinese Medical Code,with a total of 147 TCM ingredients,and the total frequency of medication was 1291 times;The traditional Chinese medicines with more than 10 times frequency were poria cocos,tangerine peel,licorice,pinellia tuber,coptidis coptidis,white peony root,gardenia fruit,bupleurum bupleurum,ginger and atractylodes.;The four qi are mainly warm,cold and flat;The five flavors are pungent,bitter and sweet.To the spleen meridian,stomach meridian,lung meridian,heart meridian,liver meridian of drugs in the majority;Mining 7 drug models;7drug association rules were derived;24 groups of key drugs were identified.Ten new square combinations were obtained by evolution.Conclusion Ancient doctors treated the disease in the spleen,lung,heart,liver four organs with the same treatment,and to regulate the stomach and large intestine;The drugs mainly have the function of invigorating the spleen and stomach,regulating qi and dredging the liver,relieving depression and reducing adverse effects,clearing away heat and dryness;Attributes to warm drugs,cold drugs and drugs in the majority;Multipurpose of acrid,bitter and sweet drugs;The main principle of treatment is "dryness and dampness invigorating spleen,dredging liver and regulating qi,clearing liver and reducing fire".
