With the acceleration of urbanization and modernization,a large number of migrant people have flooded into developed cities.Although in recent years the number of migrant population has a decreasing trend, but the number of floating base is still huge. The health condition of migrant population has become a social problem that people pay close attention to.On the one hand, there is a big gap in economic development between the east and the west of China, and the improvement degree of medical-health services and social security system is different,so the differentiation of medical and between regions is serious. On the other hand, most of the migrant population is still engaged in high-intensity physical labor, and the problems of poor working environment and low income level that affect their health still exist.Under the multiple health threat factors, the health status of China’s migrant population has been greatly threatened, which affects the social stability and economic development of China. In this paper, the health status of the migrant population and its influencing factors were studied by using the data of the 2017 national dynamic monitoring data of migrant population,as well as the differences between regions in the transmission mechanism of the influence of each factor on health.Firstly, cross analysis is used to understand the influence of each factor.Secondly, the three dimensional variables of individual, family and social support were added into the multi-level Logistic model with regional effect for analysis,to explore the difference of regional impact on the health of migrant population and the influence mechanism of various variables within the region on health. Then, the Random Forest model was used to measure the importance of influencing factors, and the ranking of the importance of influencing factors was given. Finally, according to the research conclusion,it puts forward feasible policy suggestions to improve the health level of the migrant population. The results show that there are serious regional differences in the health status of the migrant population in China. The health status of the migrant population in the eastern region is the best, followed by the central region, and the health status of the migrant population in the northeast region is the worst. At the macro level, the influence of family characteristics, individual characteristics and social support characteristics on the health status of migrant population decreases in turn. From the perspective of the impact of individual characteristics on health, the flow time and occupation have the highest impact on the health status, the long-term flow has a dissipation effect on the health of the migrant population, and occupation is crucial to the working environment. The nature of household registration and ethnic status are the third most important level, which have little effect on the health status of migrant population. From the perspective of the influence of family characteristics on health, monthly household expenditure and monthly income are more important to the health of migrant population, and there is a significant positive correlation.Marital status is the third most important level and has little influence on health status. In terms of social support, more than 70% of the migrant population have not established health records, and 50% of the migrant population have not applied for social security cards. The establishment rate of health records and the handling rate of social security cards are not optimistic.Whether you participate in medical insurance or not has no significant impact on health status, and it is located in the third important level in importance measurement, and has a small impact on health status. Therefore,China’s social support to the migrant population needs to be further strengthened.Ensure the migrant population children’s equal right to receive education, strengthen publicity and education to reduce the dropout rate of school-age migrant population, improve the migrant population’s education level;Improve and formulate the system, laws and policies for equal access to the public health care system, strengthen the development of community-level medical and health facilities and medical personnel, and strengthen the development of the public health service system;Carried out vocational skills training to improve employment advantages, publish the Labor Security Law,strengthen supervision of enterprises, and enhance employment protection for the migrant population...
