Bazhen Yizhi Granules In The Treatment Of Mild Cognitive Impairment Observation On Clinical Effect Of Deficiency Syndrome Of Spleen And Kidney

Objective: This study by observing 8 puzzle particles in patients with mild cognitive dysfunction to improve working memory and cognitive dysfunction,evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect for treatment of mild cognitive dysfunction to provide a safe and effective drug treatment,delay and prevent the occurrence of alzheimer’s disease,improve the quality of life of patients.Methods : In this study,64 patients who met the inclusion criteria of MCI were selected.The experimental group was given Bazhen Yizhi Granules orally for12 weeks on the basis of the original treatment for basic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes.The control group was treated with hypertension,diabetes and other basic diseases,and was followed up regularly.The general condition of the patients was recorded.The indexes observed mainly included MMSE,MOCA scale score and spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome syndrome scale score,and the changes in each time period of treatment.The data were analyzed by SPSS23.0 statistical software.Results:1.Before treatment: there were no statistically significant differences in age,MMSE,MOCA and scores of the syndrome scale of spleen and kidney deficiency between the two groups before treatment,but they were comparable.2.MMSE scale: 4 weeks of treatment: there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment;Treatment for 8weeks: The two groups of patients were treated for 8 weeks,and the difference was statistically significant.12 weeks of treatment: there was no statistically significant difference in MMSE scores between the two groups after12 weeks of treatment;3.There were statistically significant differences in the results of MOCA and DSR scales between the two groups in each treatment period;4.The comparison of MMSE and MoCA scales and DSR scores in the experimental group showed an upward trend,while the scores of TCM syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency showed a downward trend,and the difference was statistically significant.5.Based on the variation of MMSE scores before and after treatment,the effective rate of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,indicating that the efficacy of patients in the experimental group was significant after taking Bazhen Yizhi Granules.Conclusion:1.Bazhen Yizhi Granules have significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of mild cognitive dysfunction,which can significantly improve the scores of various scales of MCI patients,significantly reduce the scores of TCM spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome,relieve the clinical symptoms of MCI spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome,and significantly improve the memory and cognitive function of MCI patients.2.Through this study,it was found that Bazhen Yizhi Granules had high safety and low incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of MCI,which was suitable for clinical promotion.
