Objective: Based on CTA three-dimensional imaging technology of lower extremity arteries, the relationship between the popliteal artery and bone in the special position of arthroscopy was reconstructed. The mapping software of workstation was used to measure the nearest distance between the posterior high knee joint approach and the popliteal artery on this path, providing imaging data support for the safety of this approach in clinical practice. Methods: Selection(2020.10 2021.2)in the first hospital of qinhuangdao line double lower limbs artery CTA examination of 20 patients, with 90 °bend your knees supine,3d reconstruction of double lower limbs after surveying and mapping software simulation computer workstation set up proximal-posteromedial portal of arthroscopy the ideal path and measuring its minimum distance of popliteal artery, judgment and guide into the needle contorts the security in the area, applying SPSS 22.0 software.Data were expressed as mean standard deviation(SX ±,δ).Results: In this study, the imaging of patients who received CTA in the lower limbs was clear, and a digital model was successfully established. It was measured that the closest distance to the popliteal artery in the guide needle route was(12.14±2.8125)mm,and the insertion point of the femoral side was located at the proximal surface of the medial condylar(78.905±5.8558)mm.,The distance between the puncture point and the center of the femoral marrow cavity is(53.798± 5.0951)mm.And angle of needle insertion.Proved that there was a certain safe distance between the pathway and the popliteal arteryConclusions: The imaging data of simulated posterior high knee joint approach at the CTA workstation of lower extremity artery patients confirmed that the approach was safe and reliable. However, the sampled patients were all older than those with PCL tibial entry avulsion fracture, and could not fully represent the clinical practice.Further confirmation is needed in younger studies.
