| Objective: Sudden deafness(sudden deafness)refers to the sudden oc currence of sensorineural hearing loss, usually within minutes, hours or 3 days(usually around 12h),the patient’s hearing drops to the lowest p oint,at least in the connected the frequency hearing loss is greater than 20 d B.In recent years, the incidence of sudden deafness has increased year by year.Although there are many causes of sudden deafness, the c lear cause of sudden deafness in patients with sudden deafness has not yet been explained. Therefore, some scholars have shifted their research focus to the influence of prognostic factors of sudden deafness, and un derstand the analysis of sudden deafness prognostic factors have importa nt guiding significance for clinical treatment,so it is of great significan ce to explore the relationship between different factors and the prognosi s of unilateral sudden deafness.Hyperbilirubinemia is one of the important risk factors for hearing dis orders. There are also a large number of research results showing that t he incidence of many chronic diseases in our human body, especially ca rdiovascular diseases,is as the serum bilirubin concentration increases.Decreasing trend, and more and more research results have proved that bilirubin has powerful antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and anti-apoptotic effects, and it may also protect the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular s ystem role. Therefore, our experiment is to study whether there is a cor relation between the serum bilirubin level and the hearing loss of patien ts with sudden deafness.Method: Retrospective analysis and the first diagnosis of unilateral su dden deafness patients who were admitted to our department from Octo ber 2018 to October 2020.Patients with deviated nasal septum in the s ame period were divided into experiments after screening for entry itions.Group compare the differences in serum bilirubin levels between the two groups, and analyze the effects of individual factors such as a ge,gender, affected ear, accompanying tinnitus, accompanying dizziness on the prognosis of sudden deafness.Construct a simple linear regressi on model to study whether there is a correlation between bilirubin level s and initial hearing.condResults: 1.There was a significant difference in the bilirubin levels b etween the sudden hearing loss group and the nasal septum deviation gr oup,and the sudden hearing loss patients had higher serum bilirubin lev els.2.There is a correlation between serum bilirubin level and degree of impairment of initial hearing, and higher indirect bilirubin levels corr espond to low initial hearing when they are normal or slightly above re ference values(2-14 umol/L).3.There was a correlation between age a nd the prognosis of sudden deafness, and the older the less optimal the prognosis,4.There was no significant effect of sex, affected side ear, concomitant tinnitus, concomitant vertigo and sudden deafness prognosis. Conclusions: 1.The age of patients with sudden deafness can be use d as one of the prognostic indicators;2.The higher the level of bilirubin, the lower the hearing loss of patients, and bilirubin may have ear prot ection. |
