| The Lattice Boltzmann method(LBM)is a method for computational fluid dynamics.It originated from the Lattice Gas Automate(LGA)model and has been through several generations of scientific research.The continuous research and improvement of the author were finally improved.LBM is especially suitable for today’s popular parallel computing field due to its natural parallelism,easy-to-implement boundary processing,and high computational accuracy.With the advent of the 5G communication,the information transmission rate has been significantly improved.At the same time,in the field of LBM numerical calculation,some issues related to the calculation speed have begun to attract attention.Nowadays,the application of graphics card computing service cluster in cloud computing is more prominent,so the idea of combining LBM and graphics card computing came into being.The Graphics Processing Unit(GPU)was used for graphics images in computers,that is,to process data into graphics images.And earlier,the GPU was not programmable,and then Nvidia developed a parallel computing architecture based on GPU——CUDA(Compute Unified Device Architecture,CUDA),which opened the era of CUDA rendering.At the same time,it also greatly improves the calculation speed of LBM.Ideally,the acceleration ratio can reach a hundred times.Nowadays,biofilm materials are widely used.Many patients with heart valve disease will choose heart valve replacement for treatment after diagnosis,which requires us to have a more comprehensive understanding and understanding of the valve structure.Therefore,it is extremely important to study how to optimize valve output.The research content of this article includes the following three aspects:1.Analyze the CUDA parallel computing architecture,and introduce the application prospects of CUDA in image processing.2.Use the CUDA parallel computing architecture to accelerate the LBM calculation,and take Poisson flow as the research object to prove the correctness of the program results.3.LBM was used to simulate the initial lymphatic vessels embedded in porous tissue and the collective lymphatic vessels with two pairs of valves.The lymphatic system is an important defense function system in the human body.It does not have a power pump like the heart in the blood circulation system.The driving of lymph fluid is mainly completed by the voluntary contraction of lymphatic vessels(the lung lymphatic system is based on the movement of the alveoli).The production,diffusion and attenuation of nitric oxide in lymphatic vessels play an important role in the voluntary contraction of lymphatic vessels. |
