Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Status Quo Of The Information Needs Of Patients With Coronary Heart Disease In Cardiac Rehabilitation

Objective:Investigate the status quo of cardiac rehabilitation information needs of patients with coronary heart disease and explore the effects of demographics,disease,psychology(cardiac rehabilitation willingness,healthy behavior ability,disease perception),and social(social support)factors on cardiac rehabilitation information needs Influence,provide basis and guidance for better carrying out cardiac rehabilitation health education for patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:Questionnaire survey method: A total of 407 patients with cardiac rehabilitation stage I coronary heart disease in a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang from June to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and their general demographic data,cardiac rehabilitation information needs and cardiac rehabilitation wishes were investigated.Information on healthy behavior ability,disease perception,social support,etc.Statistical analysis methods:(1)In descriptive statistical analysis,measurement data is expressed by mean standard deviation;(2)single factor analysis uses t-test,analysis of variance,chi-square analysis,correlation analysis;(3)multiple linear regression analysis.The statistical result is P<0.05 indicating that the difference is statistically significant.Results:1.The status quo of the information needs of patients with coronary heart disease in cardiac rehabilitation phase I: the total score of the information needs of cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease in cardiac rehabilitation phase I is 3.70±0.74,the scores of each dimension are from high to low to basic knowledge of the heart 4.07±0.85,emergency and safety 4.03±0.88,Diagnosis and treatment 3.90±1.04,stress and psychology3.78±0.91,risk management 3.74±0.92,drug knowledge 3.70±0.89,nutrition knowledge3.68±0.95,exercise 3.47±0.92,social attention 3.35±1.05,work and occupation 3.17± 1.20;The order of needs is slightly different from that of healthcare professionals.Choose the method of obtaining information: face-to-face communication with medical staff accounted for 69.8%,QQ/We Chat and other information platforms accounted for 45%,lectures and lectures accounted for 35.1%,brochures and pictures accounted for 19.4%,portable video or audio accounted for 16%.2.Single factor analysis and correlation analysis of cardiac rehabilitation information needs of patients with coronary heart disease: the total scores of cardiac rehabilitation information needs of patients with coronary heart disease are different in the following items: different ages,family history,gender,education level,family monthly income,smoking,drinking status and whether There were differences in professional rehabilitation guidance,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of disease perception,total score of social support,total score of healthy behavior ability,and total score of cardiac rehabilitation willingness were all positively correlated with the total score of cardiac rehabilitation information demand,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Multi-factor analysis of cardiac rehabilitation information needs of patients with coronary heart disease: age,cardiac function classification,cardiac rehabilitation willingness,healthy behavior ability,social support,and disease perception are the influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation information needs of patients with coronary heart disease,which can explain the total 33.4% of the variation.Conclusions:(1)Respondents’ cardiac rehabilitation information needs scores in each dimension are >3points.They believe that all information is important,but the level of information needs is lower than other research results,and the level of information needs still needs to be improved.The top five in demand are basic cardiology,emergency and safety,diagnosis and treatment,stress and occupation,and risk management.Patients tend to obtain information in two ways: “face-to-face communication with medical staff” and “Internet platforms such as We Chat/QQ”.(2)The elderly and patients with coronary heart disease with poorer cardiac function need less information on cardiac rehabilitation for phase I;the higher the willingness of cardiac rehabilitation,the ability of healthy behavior(self-efficacy),the higher/stronger the level of disease perception and the social support,the Higher the information needs of cardiac rehabilitation phase I high.Compared with the information needs of medical staff for cardiac rehabilitation,patients with coronary heart disease want more information on stress and psychology.Medical staff can provide information support as soon as possible according to the different characteristics and personal conditions of patients,meet the information needs of patients,and achieve the purpose of personalized information education.
