Study On Gene Association Of Hostile-suspiciousness Factor Of Psychiatric Symptoms

Objective This study is guided by the concept of precision medicine.Based on genomewide association analysis,the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale was used to evaluate patients with mental disorders,and hostile suspicion factors were screened out.To explore the SNPs related to hostile suspicions.To provide a certain basis for the prevention of violence and the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Methods TThe patients with mental disorders who met the diagnostic criteria of international classification of diseases(10th Edition)were randomly selected and divided into two groups after screening with Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS).The patients with hostile suspicions were set as the experimental group,and the patients without hostile suspicions were set as the control group.The two groups were studied by GWAS to explore the mutation sites related to hostile suspicion factors.Result 1.There were significant differences in the factors of hostility and suspicion between gender and marriage(P < 0.05).2.TIn this study,11 SNPs related to hostility were found(P < 0.05),among which 3SNPs were significantly associated with hostility(P < 0.01).Find 5 SNPs with genes.3.In this study,22 SNPs associated with suspicion were found(P < 0.05),12 of which were significantly associated with symptoms of suspicion(P < 0.01).Find 16 SNPs with genes.4.In this study,18 SNPs related to non cooperation were found(P < 0.05),among which7 SNPs were significantly associated with non cooperation symptoms(P < 0.01).Find 9 SNPs with genes.Conclusion This study found that rs140395977,rs113120936(CLEC16A)and rs28539243(LOC105371274)were significantly correlated with hostility.It was found that rs140211809,rs115394134(CMC1),rs79511849,rs141369731(SHROOM3),rs76857923(ANK2),rs1384284438(LRBA),rs34728642(TTC23),rs147431092,rs11787956(RXRA),rs142105440,rs149710571(LRRC4C)and rs11222461 were significantly correlated with suspicion.Rs4646100 and rs4646093(CASP9),rs555475,rs79920346,rs80344198,rs141977503(LOC105374474)and rs17124003(BPIFB2)were significantly correlated with non cooperation.These SNPs provide the basis for the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of violent aggression.
