Three-Dimensional Comparison Of Facial Soft Tissue Profile Of Normal Occlusion In Mongolian And Chinese College Students Aged18-25

Objective:The facial soft tissues of Mongolian and Han college students with normal occlusion in Inner Mongolia were measured and studied by 3D stereoscopic photography technology,which provided a reference for the Angle value database of human facial soft tissues of Mongolian and Han college students with normal occlusion in Inner Mongolia.Methods:Extract conforms to the standard 295 from college of Inner Mongolia normal teeth samples,among them,the han nationality male 60,female,90,76 Mongolian women,male,69,included in the sample are all individual normal teeth,belowed,facial proportions is normal,side and concept to face type,type surface have no obvious before or after shrinkage,BMI between 18.5-24 kg/m squared.Morpheus 3 d facial scanner(Morpheus 3 d company,South Korea)subjects for facial contour 3 d image scanning,will collect good 3 d images on the computer use Morpheus 3 d Dental Solution software(Morpheus 3 d company,South Korea)to open,in pictures,manually determine 14 soft tissue marked points on the use of soft tissue’s own measurement system for 23 Angle measurement of the project,to obtain original data,SPSS22.0 statistical analysis software was used for data analysis.Results : There were significant statistical differences in the facial profile Angle,convex Angle,comprehensive convex Angle,nasolabial Angle,SNPG Angle,INPG Angle,NA Angle,MN Angle,ethnic superior triangle between Han and Mongolian men.In comparison of Han women and Mongolian women,face shape Angle and face convex Angle.Full convex Angle.The SNPG Angle,INPG Angle,chin-labial groove Angle,MX Angle,MN Angle,1/3 of the upper face,1/3 of the middle face and superior racial triangle had significant statistical differences.Han female and Han male contrast,convex Angle.Nasofrontal Angle,nasolabial Angle.SNPG Angle,chin-labial groove Angle,SNI Angle,NA Angle.TV Angle.MX Angle,MN Angle,upper 1/3 Angle,middle 1/3 Angle,upper racial triangle and posterior racial triangle had significant statistical differences.In comparison of Mongolian men and women,there were 9measurement items with statistical differences(P < 0.05).In females,the overall convex Angle,nasofrontal Angle,nasal tip Angle and racial posterior triangle were all larger than those in males,the aesthetic lower triangle and the subfacial 1/3 Angle of males were larger than those in females,the aesthetic anterior triangle 1/3 Angle of females were significantly larger than those in males,and the racial upper triangle of males were significantly larger than those in femalesConclusion.:1.There are certain differences in facial profile between Mongolian and Han people.The face convexity of Han people is greater than that of Mongolian people,and the convexity of upper and lower lips relative to the chin is greater than that of Mongolian people.2.There are also differences in facial soft tissue profile between male and female Han nationality.The facial convexity of male Han nationality is greater than that of female Han nationality,the nasal root is higher and straighter,the upper lip is larger than that of the chin,and the chin lip groove of female is deeper than that of male Han nationality.3.The lateral appearance difference between Mongolian men and women is that the tip of the nose of Mongolian women is round and blunt,and 1/3 of the surface part is larger than that of men.The lateral appearance of Mongolian men is more convex,and the root of the nose is straight,and 1/3 of the surface part is larger than that of women.
