Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of “Medical Alliance” In Z Hospital Of Dalian

The purpose of "Medical Alliance" is to improve the overall distribution of medical resources,realize the sinking of high-quality medical resources at the grass-roots level,and effectively solve the problem of "difficult and expensive medical treatment".Hierarchical diagnosis and treatment by means of primary diagnosis and two-way referral is the main measure for the construction of "Medical Alliance".In this study,through consulting the literature of "Medical Alliance" at home and abroad,to understand the development of medical and health resources in Dalian,in-depth interviews with managers and staff related to the construction of "medical alliance" in Dalian Z hospital,questionnaire and statistical analysis were carried out on the spot.Combined with the corresponding theoretical basis,the hierarchical allocation degree of medical resources in "medical alliance" of Z hospital in Dalian city was analyzed According to the results of the analysis,the problems in the construction of "Medical Alliance" in Dalian Z hospital are analyzed The main causes are summarized and the following problems are found: the allocation of medical and health resources and the "inverted pyramid" structure of medical and health resources,the imperfect two-way referral system,the construction of medical consortium to be improved,and the further implementation of family doctor contract service.Therefore,this paper puts forward a new development mode of "Medical Alliance" led by "close type" "Medical Alliance " and coordinated development of diversified mode,so as to create a multi-level and diversified hierarchical diagnosis and treatment pattern,establish a scientific and reasonable hierarchical diagnosis and treatment framework according to local conditions,truly play the role of " Medical Alliance " of Dalian Z hospital,and play a reasonable role for the people in the region The practical significance of creating conditions for convenient and scientific medical treatment.
