| Objective: To explore primary acute angle-closure glaucoma(APACG)patients Th17 cells related cytokines in serum interleukin 4(IL-4),interleukin 6(IL-6)and interleukin 8(IL-8),interleukin 17(IL-17),gamma interferon(IFN-γ),granulocyte macrophage stimulating factor(GM-CSF)and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1(sICAM-1)the level of change. Methods: The patients with primary acute angle-closure glaucoma and cataract in our hospital were collected from January,2020-January,2021.The fasting blood of the above-mentioned patients in the morning was extracted, and the serum obtained after centrifugation was stored in a refrigerator at-80 ℃ for further detection. In phase 1,85 subjects were divided into two groups: primary acute Angle closure glaucoma(APACG)and control group.Patients in APACG group were diagnosed according to clinical manifestations, intraocular pressure, computerized visual field examination and ultrasonic biological microscopy(UBM).The second phase of using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in serum helper T cells(Th17)related cytokines: 17 interleukin 4(IL-4),interleukin 6(IL-6)and interleukin 8(IL-8),interleukin 17(IL-17),gamma interferon(IFN-γ),granulocyte macrophage stimulating factor(GM-CSF)and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1(sICAM-1)such as the concentration of cytokines.T test and Mann-Whitney-U test were used to analyze the difference in cytokine concentration between the two groups.Multivariate correlation was used to analyze the correlation between them.To investigate the changes and significance of IL-4,IL-6,IL-8,IL-17,IFN-γ,GM-CSF and SICAM-1 cytokines in APACG disease.Results:(1)The expression levels of Th17 cell-related factors GM-CSF,IFN-γ,SICAM-1 and IL-17 in APACG group were higher than those in control group(P <0.05),and the expression levels of IL-4 were lower than that in control group(P <0.05).No significant differences were observed in the expression levels of IL-6 and IL-8(P > 0.05).(2)GM-CSF,IFN-γ and SICAM-1 are risk factors for APACG,and IL-4 is a protective factor for APACG.Conclusion: GM-CSF,IFN-γ,SICAM-1 and IL-4 may be involved in the occurrence and development of APACG,and play related roles. |
