A Study On The Drug Arrangement Of "Baopu Zi Nei Pian Xianyao Volume"

Objective: As GE Hong’s masterpiece,"Elbow Reserve Emergency prescription" records his outstanding contribution in prescription.However,as the basis of the prescription,GE Hong’s achievements in Materia Medica have not been given due attention.This study is devoted to excavating his contribution to Materia Medica by sorting out the drugs involved in Baopu Zi Nei Pian Xian Yao Roll(hereinafter referred to as "Fairy Medicine Volume").Methods: This article takes the drugs contained in "Xianyao Juan" as the research object,and is based on Zhang Songhui’s translation and annotation of "Baopuzi Neipian" published by Zhonghua Book Company in 2011.Based on "Shen Nong’s Materia Medica","Compendium of Materia Medica","The People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia One(2015 Edition)"(China Medical Science and Technology Press,hereinafter referred to as "Pharmacopoeia"),"Chinese Materia Medica(9th Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as "Chinese Pharmacy)to classify and sort out the drugs in the "Xianyao Volume";drugs that cannot be classified are classified as"unclassified",and only the provisions are quoted without further discussion.Focus on the study of drugs with detailed records of efficacy and usage.Result: The 86 drugs contained in "Xianyao Juan" are divided into "Shen Nong’s Materia Medica" and "Xianyao Juan","Compendium of Materia Medica" and "Xianyao Juan","Pharmaceuticals","Chinese Materia Medica" and "Xianyao Juan",There are 4 items of "unclassified" for discussion,including 11,12,51,and 12 drugs respectively.A systematic drug sorting study was carried out on these 86 drugs.Through "Xianyao Juan","Shennong’s Materia Medica","Compendium of Materia Medica","Pharmacopeia" and "Chinese Materia Medica",the differences in drug efficacy and indications were understood to understand the differences in drug efficacy and indications.History changes.Discuss the drugs in "Xian Yao Juan" according to their classification,and clarify whether their effectiveness is correct or not,for reference by other researchers.For the "unclassified" item,the outlook is put forward.Conclusions: 1 After sorting out,classifying,comparing and discussing the 86 kinds of medicines in "Xian Yao Juan" one by one,we can know: "Shen Nong’s Materia Medica" and "Xian Yao Juan" are no longer used as medicine,but as food.,Ornamental plants,etc.Both "Compendium of Materia Medica" and "Xian Yao Juan" are also no longer used as medicines,but as accessories and food.In the "Pharmacopoeia","Chinese Materia Medica" and "Xianyao Juan",it can be seen that Ge Hong’s admiration for Jinshi drugs and drugs whose main function is tonic.One item that is not classified is not included in the "Shen Nong’s Materia Medica","Compendium of Materia Medica","Pharmaceuticals" and "Chinese Materia Medica".It may have been lost or no longer used as medicine.It is expected that with the development of science and technology in China,and more Further excavation and research of many historical materials can understand its evolution process.2 Through the in-depth study of 86 kinds of drugs in "Fairy Medicine Volume",the author obtains four rules of GE Hong’s use of drugs: first,to follow the drug efficacy of Shennong Materia Medica Classic.Second,gold and stone drugs are highly respected.Third,encourage long-term eating alone.Fourth,affirm the efficacy of tonifying drugs.3 Through the further discussion of "Immortal Medicine Volume",the author obtains GE Hong’s advanced medical thoughts of four points: first,drug identification.Second,genuine optimization.Third,picking and eating should comply with the requirements of all he year round.Fourth,the arrangement of more than one drug.
