Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis by using the combination of haohuo acupuncture and acupoint injection, and to provide clinical ideas for the treatment of this disease. Methods:A total of 62 patients admitted to the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Shijiazhuang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to December 2020 and met the inclusion criteria were selected.By using random number table method,31patients were divided into control group(single needle acupuncture)and 31patients in treatment group(needle acupuncture combined with acupoint injection). The operation and acupoint selection of the two groups were the same, and the main acupoint was the corresponding Jiaji point on the affected side and local A Shi points.According to the syndrome type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao and Siguan acupoints were selected. The control group was treated with simple needle acupuncture, and the treatment group was given acupoint injection at Xuehai,Quchi and Yanglingquan on the affected side on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group, and vitamin B1and vitamin B12were selected as the injection drugs. Two groups were treated with acupuncture once every other day for5 consecutive times,10 days as a course of treatment, and 2 days rest after each course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was observed by visual analogue score(before treatment, after the first treatment, after the first course of treatment, after the second course of treatment),Pittsburgh sleep quality score and TCM syndrome score scale.Statistical software SPSS24.0 was used to organize and analyze relevant data and compare the differences between the results of the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease, general condition, site of the disease, visual analog score,Pittsburgh sleep quality score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05)with comparability.(1)Visual analogue score(VAS):Compared with the previous stage, the VAS scores of 2 groups before treatment, after the first treatment, after the first course of treatment and after the second course of treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.01);Compared with the control group, the VAS score of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group after the first treatment(P>0.05),after the end of the first course of treatment and the end of the second course of treatment, the VAS score decreased more obviously, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)(2)Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI):After treatment,PSQI scores in both groups were decreased, and the intra-group scores were statistically significant(P<0.01);After treatment there was no statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)TCM syndrome score:After treatment,TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased, and the difference of intra-group scores was significant(P<0.01);After treatment, there was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01).(4)Total effective rate:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75.86%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of Qi deficiency and blood-stasis postherpetic neuralgia in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.(5)During the whole treatment process in this study,no adverse events occurred, and 59 patients showed no abnormal changes in basic vital signs, suggesting that the safety of this study was good. Conclusion:Herpetic acupuncture combined with acupoint injection can improve pain symptoms, sleep quality and TCM syndromes in patients with postherpetic neuralgia caused by Qi deficiency and blood stasis, and has good safety.
