| Objective: To investigate the correlation between cognitive function and cerebral autoregulation in patients with lacunar infarction. Methods: 1.60 patients with lacunar infarction on MRI in the Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University were selected as the observation group, and 60 patients without lacunar infarction on MRI were selected as the control group.General clinical data such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, age, gender, smoking status and education level were recorded in the two groups;2.The MMSE and the MOCA were used to test the cognitive function of the two groups of patients.According to the score, the observation group was divided into two groups: the cognitive impairment group and the non-cognitive impairment group;3.Using TCD to monitor continuously CBFV of bilateral MCA in all patients, using the method of noninvasive fingertip blood pressure monitoring to monitor the changes of ABP,using the TFA to analyze the original data of ABP and CBFV,and finally obtained phase difference and gain to evaluate the cerebral autoregulation;4.Correlation analysis was used to study the relationship between cognitive function and cerebral autoregulation in patients with lacunar infarction. Results: 1.The scores of MMSE and MOCA and the decrease of overall phase difference in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.2.The decrease of visual space and executive function, attention and computing ability and language function in the cognitive impairment group was statistically significant compared with those in the non-cognitive impairment group.3.Pearson correlation analysis indicated that cognitive function in patients with lacunar infarction was significantly and positively correlated with cerebral autoregulation. Conclusion: 1.Patients with lacunar infarction are prone to appear the decline in cognitive function and cerebral autoregulation.2.The main impaired cognitive domains in patients with lacunar infarction were visual space and performance, attention and computation and language function.3.There is a significant and positive correlation between cognitive function and cerebral autoregulation in patients with lacunar infarction. The more severe the cognitive decline, the worse the cerebral autoregulation. |
