Clinical Study Of Shui Zhi Tong Luo Capsule In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease PCI Postoperative Recurrence Of Unstable Angina Patients(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective: This topic observes the changes of TCM syndrome quantitation score table integral,nitric oxide(NO)levels,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels and Seattle Angina Questionnaire integral before and after treatment of Shui Zhi Tong Luo Capsule combined with conventional western medicine in patients with coronary heart disease PCI postoperative recurrence of unstable angina(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)and evaluates the clinical effectiveness of Shui Zhi Tong Luo Capsule in treating patients with coronary heart disease PCI postoperative recurrence of unstable angina(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),providing a new thinking and related basis for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: All the selected cases are in the inpatient wards of the First Department of Cardiology,TCM Hospital of Shijiazhuang city from December 2019 to December 2020.A total of 60 patients were collected according to the inclusion standard and randomly divided into control group(including 30 patients)and treatment group(including 30 patients).Patients in the control group were given routine treatment by western medicine while patients in the treatment group were given routine treatment by western medicine plus Shui Zhi Tong Luo Capsule.The treatment cycle was 14 days,and shedding and adverse events were recorded at the same time.Through SPSS25.0 statistical software,the scores of TCM syndromes,NO level,hs-CRP level,and the scores of various dimensions of Seattle Angina Questionnaire integral were statistically analyzed before and after treatment so as to judge the curative effect of the two groups.Result: During the treatment,there was one patient shedding,and no adverse events occurred.(1)In terms of TCM syndrome scores,both groups can improve the TCM syndromes of patients after treatment,with statistical differences(P<0.05),and for the improvement of TCM syndromes,the treatment group has more advantages than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P< 0.01).(2)In terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the effective rate of the treatment group(82.7%)was higher than that of the control group(66.6%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).(3)In terms of NO level,the NO level after treatment of both groups increased compared with the NO level before treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The treatment group had a better improvement in NO level compared with the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).(4)In terms of hs-CRP level,the level of hs-CRP in both groups decreased after treatment compared with the level of hs-CRP before treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The treatment group had more advantages in the reduction of hs-CRP compared with the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).(5)In terms of Seattle Angina Questionnaire integral,the two groups improved in 5 dimensions of the scale after treatment,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement in PL,AS,AF and TS dimensions in the treatment group was more advantageous,with statistical differences(P<0.05).However,there was no statistical difference in the DS dimension between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: Shui Zhi Tong Luo Capsule combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease PCI postoperative recurrence of unstable angina(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)is superior to conventional western medicine in improving patients’ TCM syndromes,increasing patients’ NO level,reducing patients’ hs-CRP level and improving patients’ quality of life.During the treatment,there was no damage to liver and kidney function and no obvious adverse reactions,so the clinical medication was safe and could be popularized.
