Objective:In this paper,we compared the treated by “the frontal-three-needle” and rTMS to medical care the chronic insomnia caused by negative emotions that divergent in clinical efficacy, and discussed its effect.Methods:60 sufferers in the company of negative emotion related chronic insomnia were collected. The treated by “the frontal-three-needle” group(n=30)was treated in the company of "frontal three needle" method in emotional area;while the rTMS group(n=30)was treated in the company of transcranial magnetic therapy instrument. The sufferer was treated once a day from Monday to Saturday for 40 minutes and rest on Sunday.A total of 2weeks of medical care. The observation nodes included before the experiment,at the end of the medical care and 2 weeks after the end of the medical care.slumber log,Pittsburgh slumber quality index,Epworth daytime somnolence scale and HAMD scale were measured at corresponding time points. The curative effect was evaluated by comparing the scores of the scale before and after medical care.Using SPSS24.0 software for statistical processing and analysis data.Results:1.According to the slumber log and PSQI score after 2 weeks of medical care, the overall improvement degree was evaluated: the total effective rate of the rTMS group(rTMS group)was 76.67%,which was lower than that of the treated by “the frontal-three-needle” group(acupuncture group)by 86.67%.2.Evaluation of sleep situation: Comparison between the two groups showed that the sleep log scores of patients in both groups were decreased at the end of treatment and 2 weeks after treatment, and the reduction degree was higher in the acupuncture group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The acupuncture group was better than the rTMS group in sleep quality, sleep time, sleep efficiency and sleep disorders, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The number of nocturnal arousal in rTMS group decreased after treatment, but showed a rebound trend of increased nocturnal arousal 2 weeks later, with recurrent symptoms, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect at the end of treatment in both groups was better than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of various indicators of PSQI within the group showed that there were differences in all indicators at the end of treatment and 2 weeks after treatment.Patients in the rTMS group had recurrent symptoms of decreased sleep quality, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total score of PSQI was compared within the groups, and there was no significant difference between the groups at the end of treatment and 2 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).3.Daytime function:Lines within the group, and compared between groups showed that the ESS score and daytime dysfunction score of PSQI were decreased in both groups at the end of treatment and 2 weeks after treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),suggesting that both the acupuncture group and the rTMS group were effective in improving daytime function. The effect of rTMS group was not ideal 2 weeks after the end of treatment compared with the completion of treatment, and there was recurrence of symptoms, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.Negative mood:Lines within the group, and compared between groups showed that the HAMD score of patients in both groups decreased at the end of treatment and 2 weeks after treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),suggesting that both the acupuncture group and the rTMS group were effective in improving negative mood.2 weeks after the end of treatment,rTMS group had less satisfactory effect than the end of treatment, and there was recurrence of symptoms, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture and rTMS for improve the therapeutic effect is definite of the chronic Insomnia caused by negative emotions,And acupuncture has better curative effect.2.Acupuncture therapy is better than rTMS therapy in reducing the times of Wake up in sleep at night, improving their daytime function and in improving the overall sleep quality.
