The Effect Of Tong Qiao Ming Mu Ⅳ On Hcy And RA Of Angle-closure Glaucoma Of Liver Depression Type

Objective:To observe the effect of Tongqiaomingmu IV on RA and Hcy in the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG)with hepatic depression,the possible mechanism and curative effect of PACG were studied.Methods:62 cases of patients with optic nerve atrophy dia gnosed as PACG and in line with liver depression type were ran domly divided into experimental group and control group,31 ca ses in each group.The experimental group was given Tongqaomi ngmu Ⅳ decoction,and the control group was given Dan zhi Xi aoyao powder decoction.After 30 days of treatment,the two gr oups of patients were compared before and after changes in RA,Hcy,visual acuity,visual field,RNFLT and TCM syndromes.Th e obtained data were analyzed by SPSS23.0 statistical analysis s oftware.Results:1.RA:There was no difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after 30 days of treatment,RA in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no improvement in RA in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Hcy:There was no difference between the two groups befo re treatment(P>0.05).After 30 days of treatment,Hcy in both groups was improved compared with before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group w as better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was no difference in visual acuity,visual field and RNFLT between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).After 30 days of treatment,the visual acuity,visual field and RNFLT of the two groups were both improved(P<0.05).The treatment results of the experimental group were better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Syndrome Score:after 30 days of treatment,the TCM Syndromes of the two groups were both improved,and syndrome improvement in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.The effective ratio of the experimental group and the control group were 70%and 43.4%respectively.The effective ratio of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Tongqiaomingmu Ⅳ effectively expand RA in PACG patients with optic nerve atrophy of liver depression type.2.Tongqiaomingmu Ⅳ can significantly reduce the blood Hcy level in PACG patients with optic nerve atrophy of liver depression type.3.Tongqiaomingmu Ⅳ optic nerve protection in improving RA,Hcy,visual acuity,field of vision,RNFLT is better than Danzhi Xiaoyao powder,but in improving TCM syndrome,the difference between the two has no statistical significance.
