Obj ective:To study the characteristics of HCY in different syndrome groups of polycystic ovarian syndrome and its correlation with clinical indicators,which provides theoretical basis for the clinical understanding of the disease and more accurate treatment.Methods:17 5 PCOS cases were included in the integrated system of clinical research information of gynecology outpatient department affiliated to Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2019 to March 2021.The diagnosis criteria of TCM syndrome were divided into 109 cases of phlegm damp syndrome and 66 cases of non phlegm damp syndrome.The differences of indexes among different syndromes were compared.The patients were divided into two groups,the low value group with HCY<12.14 μmol/L and the high value group with HCY≥12.14 μmol/L,and the differences of the indexes under different HCY levels were compared.The correlation factors of HCY between phlegm damp group and non phlegm damp group were analyzed by SPSS 25.0.Results:1.The HCY value of phlegm dampness group was higher than that of non phlegm dampness group(P<0.05).2.Fins,IR,TC of high value group of phlegm dampness HCY were higher than low value group,E2 was lower than low value group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The age,height,weight,BMI,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,waist circumference,hip circumference,WHR,FSH,LH,T,DHEAS,and,SHBG,FPG,30min glucose,60min glucose,120min glucose,180min glucose,30min insulin,60min insulin,120min insulin,180min insulin,LDL,LDL,Apo-A,Apo-B There was no significant difference between low value group and Apo-B/Apo-A group(P>0.05).The levels of DHEAS and BMI in high value group of non phlegm dampness type HCY were higher than those in low value group(P<0.05).3.In the phlegm dampness group,HCY was positively correlated with IR,T,TC and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05);There was no correlation between BMI and HC(P>0.05);There was no correlation between HCY and age,height,weight,systolic blood pressure,HC,WHR,FSH,LH,E2,DHEAS,and,glucose and insulin,TG,HDL,LDL,Apo-A,Apo-B,Apo-B/Apo-A in phlegm dampness group(P>0.05);There was no correlation between the incidence of seborrhea,early alopecia,hirsutism,acne,acanthosis nigricans,family history of diabetes,family history of early alopecia and family history of hypertension(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The HCY level of PCOS with phlegm dampness is significantly different from that of PCOS without phlegm dampness.TheHCY level of PCOS with phlegm dampness is higher than that of PCOS without phlegm dampness.2.HCY level has significant effect on glucose and lipid metabolism in PCOS patients with phlegm dampness type.HCY is positively correlated with IR,T,DBP and TC in PCOS patients with phlegm dampness type 1.There was significant difference in HCY level between phlegm wet PCOS and non phlegm wet PCOS,and HCY level of PCOS in phlegm wet group was significantly increased.2.BMI,blood pressure,WHR,FPG,Fins,IR,TC,LDL,Apo-B,Apo-B/Apo-A,SHBG,alopecia,hairiness and acne incidence were all correlated with HCY rise in PCOS patients.3.HCY and IR level were significantly correlated.HCY was positively correlated with T,diastolic pressure and TC in phlegm wet type patients,HCY was positively correlated with BMI and HC in non phlegm wet syndrome patients,and negatively correlated with SHBG.For patients with PCO S type with IR and having reproductive requirements,HCY should be paid attention to.
