| ObjectiveBy reviewing 104 Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage gastric cancer patients associated with medical record information, compare the treatment with traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with western medicine treatment the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer survival situation, and through the survival analysis to determine the intervention Ⅲ-Ⅳ period important factors affecting the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer survival,in order to further improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine to provide a certain theoretical basis.MethodsFrom January 1,2012 to January 1,2017 to January 1,2017,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine in the outpatient department of oncology and inpatient patients with Ⅲ-gastric cancer, screening of a total of 104 patients with into standard,to retrospectively after information collection,to survival as a main observation indexes, compare the treatment with traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with western medicine treatment the curative effects of two different treatments on the survival of patients with different effects, and through the survival analysis to determine the intervention important factors affecting the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer survival.Results1.A total of 104 patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ menstrual gastric cancer were included in this study, including 43 patients in the Western medicine treatment group and 61 patients in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment group.2.Univariate analysis results showed that age, pathological type, degree of differentiation, pathological stage,TCM syndrome type and treatment were the main influencing factors for the survival of Ⅲ-Ⅳ gastric cancer patients;By estimating the mean survival time and drawing the survival curve,it was found that advanced age(more than 70 years old),signet ring cell carcinoma, pathological stage Ⅳ and qi and blood double deficiency syndrome were the adverse factors affecting the survival time of patients.Cox regression analysis showed that age, pathological type, degree of differentiation, pathological stage and treatment were the main influencing factors for the survival of patients.3.The results of survival analysis showed that the survival time, median survival time and survival rate of patients in the integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment group were better than those in the western medicine treatment group. The mean survival time of the western medicine treatment group was 13.95 months, while the mean survival time of the integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment group was 19.98 months, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The1-year and 2-year survival rates in western medicine treatment group were78.3% and 0% respectively. The 1-year and 2-year survival rates were 86.9%and 46.5% in the group treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Conclusion1.Through univariate analysis and comparison showed that pathological type, degree of differentiation, pathological stage,TCM syndrome type and treatment method were the main influencing factors for the survival of patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ gastric cancer.2.Through Cox regression analysis showed that age, pathological type, degree of differentiation, pathological stage and treatment were the main influencing factors for the survival of gastric cancer patients.Among them, high differentiation and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were the protective factors for intervening the survival of patients with gastric cancer, while advanced age, pathological stage Ⅳ stage and signet ring cell carcinoma were the risk factors for intervening the survival of patients with gastric cancer.3.The treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly prolong the survival time of Ⅲ-Ⅳ carcinoma gastric cancer patients, improve their survival rate. |
