Clinical Observation Of Shuxuening Injection In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris Of Heart Blood Stasis Type And Its Effect On Hs-CRP

Objective: To explore the efficacy and security of Shuxuening injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris,and to supply more convincing clinical and theoretical foundation for the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods: Fifty patients with unstable angina pectoris in accordance with blood stasis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received Shuxuening injection and general western medicine.The control group received placebo(physiological saline)and general western medicine.Before the test,after 3 days of treatment,after 10 days of treatment and the 30 th day,the adverse events and the change of TCM syndrome score,electrocardiogram,nitroglycerin dosage and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,Seattle angina pectoris questionnaire and angina pectoris attack time in the two groups were observed.By using SPSS 22.0 software for statistical analysis and deal with of the data,conclusions can be drawn.Results:1.TCM syndrome score: the two groups were both improved in 3 days,10 days and 30 days,and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group(P < 0.05).2.Seattle Angina survey scale: the two groups were both improved in 3days,10 days and 30 days,and the effectiveness of the treatment group was higher than the control group(P < 0.05).3.ECG improvement: after treatment,the effective rate of ECG improvement in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).4.Changes of nitroglycerin dosage: The improvement of the experimental group was more superior than the control group(P < 0.05).5.Changes of high sensitive C-reactive protein: The improvement of the experimental group was more superior than the control group(P < 0.05).6.Angina pain attack time: The improvement of the experimental group was more superior than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Shuxuening injection can improve TCM syndrome score,Seattle angina pectoris survey scale,and ameliorate the symptoms of angina pectoris.2.Shuxuening injection can reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin and improve ECG.3.Shuxuening injection can reduce the level of hs-CRP in blood.4.Shuxuening injection can significantly reduce the attack time of angina pectoris,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with safety.
