Effect Of Yiqi Ziyin On Chronic Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia And Its Effect On Th17

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Ziyin on chronic primary immune thrombocytopenia and the effect of external peripheral blood Th 17.Methods:From September 2020 to December 2021,60 patients with chronic primary immune thrombocytopenia in the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine,Randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases,Control group,30 cases,The patients in the treatment group used Zixi capsule,The control group was given platelet-raising capsule.The treatment cycle was 3 months,By recording the data of platelet count,TCM syndrome score and Th 17 cell percentage before and after treatment,The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Result:1.The total effective rate of western medicine in the treatment group and the control group was 83.3% and 53.3% respectively.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the clinical efficacy of western medicine in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05).2.The comparative analysis of TCM syndromes in the two groups,the overall effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.3% and 73.3% respectively.The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(p<0.05),and the curative effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(p<0.05).3.The number of platelets in the two groups increased in varying degrees,and the increase in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(p<0.05).4.The Th17 of the two groups before treatment was higher than that of the normal group(p<0.05),the Th17 of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(p<0.05),and the percentage of Th17 cells in the treatment group decreased more significantly(p<0.05),but still did not reach normal(p<0.05).In conclusion:1.Yiqi Ziyin representative prescription-Zixi capsule is effective in treating patients with Qi-yin deficiency type CITP.It can effectively improve the PLT count of patients and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.The Th17 count of peripheral blood of patients with 2.Qi-yin deficiency type CITP was higher than that of normal people.After treatment with Zixi capsule,the Th17 count of peripheral blood of patients was significantly reduced.3.Yiqi Ziyin method represents the prescription-Zixi capsule may regulate the immune tolerance state of patients to a certain extent by reducing the Th17 cell count level of patients.
