| Objective: To compare and observe the clinical effect of Tongyang-Guben moxibustion and routine moxibustion on diabetic peripheral neuritis,in order to provide a better curative effect and safe and standard treatment for diabetic peripheral neuritis.Methods: In this paper,moxibustion therapy was used to treat diabetic peripheral neuritis.The treatment group was treated with Tongyang moxibustion and the control group with mild moxibustion.The total score of TCM syndromes,VAS score,MNSI score and nerve conduction velocity(median nerve MCV 、 median nerve SCV 、 common peroneal nerve)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of therapeutic effects: after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33,the total effective rate of control group was 86.67,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of total integral points of TCM symptom grading quantification: the total score of TCM symptoms in treatment group and control group decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total score of treatment group decreased group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of MNSI reviews: the MNSI scores of treatment group and control group decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and the MNSI score of treatment group decreased significantly compared with that of control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of nerve conduction velocity: after treatment,the nerve conduction velocity(median nerve MCV、 median nerve MCV、 common peroneal nerve MCV、 gastrocnemius nerve SCV)in the treatment group and control group increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement of nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.VAS score comparison: after treatment,the VAS score of treatment group and control group was decreased(P<0.05),and the VAS score of treatment group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Both the Tongyang-Guben moxibustion method and the routine moxibustion method can improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuritis,and the improvement of the Tongyang-Guben moxibustion method is better than the routine method.Tongyang-Guben moxibustion and routine moxibustion can reduce the MNSI score,VAS score,improve nerve conduction velocity and improve nerve function,and the improvement of Tongyang-Guben moxibustion is better than that of routine method.The curative effect of Tongyang-Guben moxibustion on diabetic peripheral neuritis is higher than that of routine moxibustion. |
