Knowledge Discovery Of Prescription Compatibility Law For Spleen Deficiency Syndrome Based On Attribute Partial Order Structure Diagram

At present,knowledge discovery of prescription compatibility law of traditional Chinese medicine is a hot topic in medical research.How to mine effective information from a large number of complex prescription data is a key problem to be solved urgently.This paper combines the traditional Chinese medicine prescription data with modern data mining technology to investigate the law of prescription compatibility.In this paper,taking spleen deficiency syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine as the research background,based on the theory of association rule analysis and visual representation principle of attribute partial order,Apriori algorithm,FP-Growth algorithm and attribute partial order structure diagram method are applied respectively to mine the compatibility rules of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for spleen deficiency syndrome and the classical prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of spleen deficiency syndrome,as well as its four common syndromes types.From different angles,the law of prescription compatibility can be found,compared the similarities and differences of the three methods,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of spleen deficiency syndrome.Firstly,spleen deficiency syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine were taken as the research object,and constructed the data set of prescriptions of spleen deficiency syndrome.Referring to the 《Pharmacopoeia of the people’s Republic of China(Volume I,2015 Edition)》 and 《Traditional Chinese Medicine》 as the standard prescription,the name and efficacy of the prescription were standardized,so as to make data preparation for the next exploration of the compatibility law of spleen deficiency syndrome prescription.Then,Apriori algorithm,FP growth algorithm and attribute partial order structure diagram method were used to mine the compatibility rules of TCM prescriptions with spleen deficiency syndrome.The common results obtained by the three methods are as follows: baizhu,gancao and fuling are high-frequency drugs for spleen deficiency syndrome;common drugs are chenpi,renshen,muxiang and houpu,etc.;drug compatibility mode is mainly composed of Qi tonifying drugs,Qi regulating drugs and diuretic and dampness infiltrating drugs.Furthermore,the compatibility rules of Sijunzi Decoction,Lizhong Decoction and Yigong powder were explored.The results showed that after removing the common drugs,the basic compatibility drugs of Sijunzi Decoction are houpu,chenpi,banxia and ganjiang;the basic compatibility drugs of Lizhong Decoction are rougui,houpu and muxiang;the basic compatibility drugs of Yigong powder are baishao,sharen and banxia.Finally,the prescription compatibility rules of four common TCM Syndromes of spleen deficiency syndrome were exploring.The results showed that the four common syndromes of spleen deficiency syndrome included gancao,baizhu,renshen and fuling.On this basis,chenpi,muxiang and houpu were added to spleen qi deficiency syndrome,and Tonic drugs,Antipyretic drugs,Qi regulating drugs as the basic compatibility mode;ganjiang,fuzi and rougui were added to spleen yang deficiency syndrome,and Tonic drugs,Antipyretic drugs as the basic compatibility mode;baishao and chenpi were added to spleen depression syndrome,and Tonic drugs,Qi regulating drugs as the basic compatibility mode;danggui and huangqi were added to spleen not blood syndrome,and Tonic drugs,Blood nourishing medicine,Antipyretic drugs as the basic compatibility mode.
