Clinical Observation Of Fuxue Zhisou Ointment’s Utilization In The Treatment Of Simple Chronic Bronchitis Alleviation (Deficiency Of Lung And Kidney Qi) And Influence On The Serum Levels Of SOD

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of acupoint patching of fuxue zhisou ointment,and the serum levels of sod in patients with the stage of simple chronic bronchitis alleviation(lung and kidney qi deficiency),and to assess its clinical efficacy and security.Methods:80 patients,with simple chronic bronchitis alleviation(lung and kidney qi deficiency),were selected and randomly divided them into the treatment group and the control group,40 patients per group,from July to August of dog days in 2020.The control group were given Bailing capsules 4 granules at a time,0.5g per granules,3 times a day.The treatment group were provided fuxue zhisou ointment combination with Bailing capsules(Dosage of medication is the same as before),with acupoints of danzhong,feishu,shenshu,tiantu and zhongfu,a total of 8 acupoints,once 10 days,6 hours each time,3 times in total.Both of two groups are all 1 month course of treatment.Observing and analyzing the TCM syndrome integral and serum SOD level in two group at pre-treatment and post-treatment,and assessed the security.Results:1.The overall curative rate was 91.89%in the treatment group and 80.56%in the control group.The treatment group was better performed than control group,and the comparison was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the symptoms of TCM in the two groups were all ameliorated(P<0.05),After treatment,compared with control group,the symptoms of cough,tiredness,soreness and weakness of waist and knees.pharyngeal itching and susceptibility to cold were better form it(P<0.05),and the symptoms of sputum color and nature,spontaneous sweating were roughly equivalent(P>0.05).3.After treatment,the level of two groups’ serum SOD were all significantly better than that of before(P<0.05),and the level of treatment group was also significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).4.After detecting safety indicators,there was no clinical abnormal between two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Fuxue zhisou ointment can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with simple chronic bronchitis alleviation(deficiency of lung and kidney qi).2.After treatment,the level of serum SOD was increased,and it was better than control group.3.Utilizing fuxue zhisou ointment to treating simple chronic bronchitis alleviation(Deficiency of Lung and kidney qi)has a good safety.
