Clinical Study On Treatment Of Mild And Moderate Alzheimer’s Disease With Acupuncture Of Du Meridian Theory

Objective:For mild-to-moderate alzheimer’s disease in du meridian acupuncture combined with aricept treatment under the treatment effect and its influence,du meridian theories for du meridian acupuncture in the treatment of mild-to-moderate alzheimer’s role and its guiding significance for the du meridian acupuncture in provides the theory basis for clinical treatment and further treatment.Methods:A total of 72 patients with mild and moderate Alzheimer’s disease who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2 by random number table method,with 24 patients in each group.The control group 1 received clinical treatment with basic drug Aricent,and the control group 2 received clinical treatment with conventional acupuncture combined with Aricent.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture based on the theory of Du pulse on the basis of control group 2,and the course of treatment lasted for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the patients in the three groups were evaluated by the Simple Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE),the Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL),and the Alzheimer’s Disease Rating Scale-Cognitive Part Scale(ADAS-COG),respectively,to observe the changes of their scores,and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:Control group 1 was completed in 24 cases.In the control group,22 cases were completed(2 cases were abscission);In the treatment group,21 cases were completed(3 cases were abscission).The total effective rate of control group 1 was 71.0%,the total effective rate of control group 2 was77.3%,and the total effective rate of treatment group was 90.5%,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,MMSE score,ADL score and ADAS-COG score in the three groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,MMSE score,ADL score and ADAS-COG score in the study group were significantly improved compared with the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Oral Aricide alone,conventional acupuncture combined with Aricide,and Du mai acupuncture combined with Aricide were all effective in the treatment of patients with mild and moderate Alzheimer’s disease,but Du mai acupuncture combined with Aricide had better treatment effect.2.In addition,Du meridian acupuncture combined with Aricide can effectively improve the mental state and the ability of daily living of patients,and the efficacy is significantly better than oral Aricide alone and conventional acupuncture combined with Aricide.
